Overall, it was a very satisfying accommodation. Ms in the executive council.Pang and Ms. Momay were the kindest and most professional staff who approached first and asked what they needed.

I spent 7 nights here. I was upgraded to an executive floor, which was very satisfying. The room was well-equipped and a comfortable size. The bed and pillows were so nice that I slept well every night. Food and beverages in the executive lounge were good. The staff were very supportive and service-minded, even though it was busy and full of guests. Recommended for those who need a good place at a good price to explore Bangkok.

1. The hotel reception entered my name incorrectly when I checked in which mean I couldn't access the Wi-Fi for the first 2 days of my stay. 2. When I checked out, I made it clear that the hotel charges should be deducted from my deposit. But hotel reception still charged my credit card directly. 3. I don't know why my credit card still not received the deposit back.

Overall, our stay felt thoughtfully balanced and very comfortable. We were delighted to receive an upgrade to one of our favorite room types, especially as the team remembered how much our daughter enjoys this particular room. They even thoughtfully prepared additional arrangements for her without us having to request anything, likely noticing that she has grown up and would appreciate having her own personal space. She absolutely loved it. The staff also continued to provide warm and attentive service throughout our stay. It was especially touching that they remembered our names and even wished me a happy birthday, which made the experience feel even more personal and memorable.
