Stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the warmth hospitality of the staffs here. Concierge team was professional and made us feel so welcomed. Front desk staffs were friendly and sweet. Though some negative comments below, i guess they have improved tremendously. Credits to service staffs from the restaurant, namely: Toon, Min, Neun and Phanc (hope i spelt them correctly) for their excellent service and truly made our dining experience a wonderful one. The food is Too-notch quality. Thank you team! I will definitely be there again.

simassi Solo travel - TripAdvisor review

First time writing a negative review ! I checked in for a three night stay as I wanted to upgrade from a 4 star to a 5 star hotel. Dean from reception took me to a depressing room with a wall facing the window. When I complained how bad the room was, he promised to move me the next day. Next day and following day come and no one bothered although I checked with reception and they told me Dean is off. Careless staff, not very helpful at the front desk and their excuse we are high occupancy. The breakfast buffet was a disaster where I took me 35 minutes to be seated. Very disorganized. This is not a 5 star hotel. Would not recommend staying here at all.
