Chang was outstanding. He helped us book a private taxi to the train markets and then the floating markets, which was a highlight of our trip. Everything was well organised. I’d happily recommend Chang to anyone visiting Thailand.

The hotel is located in a quieter area of Sukhumvit. It's a 10-min walk to Asok BTS station and Terminal 21 mall, and a 12-min walk to Sukhumvit MRT station. We appreciate that Movenpick provides complimentary tuk-tuk shuttle to the mall every half an hour. Their staff are very friendly and helpful. They do not have spa facilities but you can book for in-room massage. It's pricier than outside but definitely more comfortable and convenient. I had a good massage, complete with soothing background music. We will definitely return!

Only stayed one night before the flight back to Europe and wanted to try a different hotel in Bangkok. No upgrade as such but the room included a terrace which was appreciated. The hotel was not very busy by the looks of it. The room and facilities were adequate. Nothing very luxurious and certainly somewhat worn but at the rate of €94 (with Accor+ Explorer) it was good value. The lounge was pleasant enough and never busy.
