I had an exceptional stay at Mövenpick, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire team for making my visit so memorable. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made my stay even more comfortable and special. The accommodation was excellent—beautifully maintained, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing experience. The food was another highlight of my stay. Every meal was delicious, with a great variety of options and impeccable service from the restaurant team. The quality and presentation truly reflected the high standards of the property. I was also extremely grateful for the early check-in assistance, which was incredibly helpful after my journey. The team’s willingness to go above and beyond for their guests did not go unnoticed. A special mention goes to Jay, the General Manager, whom I had the pleasure of meeting during my stay. Jay is a warm, approachable, and genuinely caring individual who leads by example. His commitment to guest satisfaction is clearly reflected throughout the hotel and its staff. Overall, my experience at Mövenpick exceeded all expectations. As an Accor Plat member, I always look forward to the high standards of hospitality your brand represents, and this stay was a mix of exceptional service and a few property limitations. I want to highly commend the interim staff working in the Exe Lounge, they were absolutely excellent and truly treated us from the heart. Please pass along my sincere compliments to them, as I know that they will leave the property coming August (originally I plan to return to BKK in July, picked up my parcel that'S. delivered to the hotel on May 31st, but npw plans change). On a less positive note, Rm 2626 left a bit to be desired, the room features only a single window and has a very limited view, which did deduct points from the overall room experience. That being said, we are overall very happy with our stay, please keep up the great work, esp the wonderful service culture you have at the lounge.
