Travelled there for the weekend with a group of friends. Initially checked in and found foul smell in the rooms but was handled by the housekeeping, so all were good.

We stayed at this hotel for our anniversary, and it was a wonderful experience. As an Accor high-tier member, we were generously upgraded to an Executive Suite, and the hotel prepared beautiful room decorations and a cake for our special occasion. The suite was spacious, comfortable and we were extremely happy with it. The staff were friendly and provided warm, smiling service throughout our stay. The team at the executive lounge was especially kind and attentive, and we were very satisfied with the food and drinks offered there. The breakfast selection at the main lobby restaurant was quite limited, though. The hotel has lovely Southeast Asian-style decor, but it has been open for some time, so some facilities feel a little dated. The hotel provides a tuk-tuk shuttle to Terminal 21 every 30 minutes, which is convenient. However, the tuk-tuk is quite small and not very convenient for luggage, especially at check-out. Overall, this hotel is very generous to Accor elite members, with great service and an outstanding executive lounge. It also offers excellent value for money. Despite the slightly older facilities, we highly recommend it for a pleasant and well-treated stay.

Everything is good. Only the Thai food is Abit disappointing. The Thai food in any restaurant taste better than the food they served for breakfast and in the lounge. Other than that it is great. Please try to improve the gym .

Rooms were very clean and nice to give you a good night sleep and comfort. Chocolate hour was great giving you tro choose from a wide spread of chocolate based deserts. Particular mention is the service at the reception desk which was great too. Breakfast had many options but I wasn't particularly hungry so didnt explore everything. Only improvement I would suggest would be to make the dining hall more cooler during breakfast hours.
