Room itself was nice. My door keycard device was loose and took multiple times to open the door every single time. The wifi was extremely slow making it almost impossible for me to get any work done from my laptop. These two things together made my 14 day stay not very enjoyable.

I stayed at the property overnight for a few hours between flights. I was able to rest into a comfortable room. Breakfast buffet with plenty of choices (it is a pity that hash browns are unavailable). Transfer from/to Suvarnabhumi airport comfortable and fast. Good and fast WiFi.

Hotel staff did not have basic training protocol for time sensitive booking of airport transport and did not take accountability when there was error in booking time, causing guest to almost miss the flight.

Three night stay booked via Travelzoo. Hotel is a bit of a distance from the city and traffic congestion is bad everywhere so taxis used.
