We were satisfied with our stay as we got an excellent rate and the hotel staff overall were lovely. The hotel is tired though. It really needs some money spent on it to bring it up to Accor and Movenpick standards. The rooftop garden needs maintaining, the pool towels are adequate at best and are all stained and need replacing. The pool furniture also needs replacing. It’s worn and looks really tacky and brings the place down. Please take the time to review this seriously as the hotel is very let down by the standard to which it currently is in. The breakfast was really great and staff kind and attentive. The concierge team also really very kind. Your staff are definitely your biggest asset.
