The overall experience was okay. The staff that greeted us was okay. They did help us with out bags/belongings and got us to our rooms. However, getting into the room, the door knob was hard to get into. It was defective as I had to have a staff open it for me and if was a pain to do it the whole trip. We got upgraded to the Executive king bed room but it seemed like all rooms were the same size. It was quite humid in the room even with the A/C on. The drain in the shower didnt work as well as it flooded while we took a shower. The TV’s software is outdated as there are no apps available to watch on it. The breakfast was reviewed good but it was just okay. They obviously needed training in making a proper omelette. Not much selection and the staff are also under trained in customer service or just didn’t understand the requests due to language barrier. My wife wanted something that another person had and she was told to do it herself. Also, my wife had to ask twice for her drink at the lounge because she saw the lady not making her drink the first time she asked. We did like that we could get water whenever we would ask for them to the room. The room was right next to the road so it can get loud from the traffic. The only good thing is that we have a toddler and we have our white noise on that drowned out the noise.

Fridge in room didn't work properly, not cold and AC wasn't cold enough

Hotel is good location. Staffs are very friendly. It is good service than previous stay. I am very impressed than my previous stay. It is perfect stay for my pre-birthday celebration. My room is prepare about my pre-birthday and welcome amenities with cake. I love it . Thank you very much for all of you. Your hotel is easy to access by hotel shuttle bus. The food is very good in the evening cocktail. Thank you very much for room upgrade to Executive Suites.
