Stayed for 10 days at the Mercure Soi 11. The team is fantastic, the venue is very nice, and the area is...interesting. The checkin and checkout were flawless and the attention to the guests is very high.

Whilst the hotel and amenities were very good, breakfasts were spoiled by prolific mosquitoes in biting mode. Staff were alerted but said that it was due to the doors opened. They did provide a spray but too late

Great location, great staff who reply to our request. Lot of good restaurant around this hotel. We booked for 2 days with privilege club package. Happy hour just before diner is very convenient and great idea.

We were a group and needed 4 rooms. 2 rooms needed to be connected for the kids and we wanted it all on the same floor. They did a great job giving us everything we wanted. The facility is in top notch condition. The rooms are perfect. The restaurant contains is fantastic. Breakfast was amazing. The concierge service was great as well. They would drop us off at local areas so we wouldn't have to walk. Their little purple tuk tuk is awesome too. Would definitely repeat this visit.

Pleasant stay at the Mercure Bangkok Sukhumvit 11

Initial checkin experience at the front desk was good - all facts were neatly explained. Location of the hotel was a plus point as there was a number of joints, shops and restaurants at an arms distance. Transport facility was easily available. Room was quite spacious with an excellent view from the 10th Floor. Staff was always smiling and welcoming. In fact, the conceirge desk gave us very good advice for sight seeing which helped especially as I was travelling with my family. The staff at the Alex restaurant didn't seem t be of helpful nature and couple of things like Coffee machine was not working as expected but overall the breakfast was good. I also stayed at the IBIS Phuket Patong which is also an Accor group hotels and that stay was also good (although I didn't get points for that one as I booked through MakeMyTrip.com agent :). Anyways, next time I am sure to choose hotels from Accor given the wonderful experience this time. :)

Staffs were friendly but I was not impressed with the standard and facilities of the hotel for the following reasons: - The glass shelf in the bathroom and the back of the TV when tilted were full of dust. - The water doesn’t flow in the washbasin. I complained about this issue but nothing was done. - The furniture is a bit aged - I tried the breakfast once but disappointed with the quality of the food and limited options specially vegetables, fruits, cheeses and hot dishes.

We had an excellent stay at Mercure Bangkok Sukhumvit Soi 11, thanks - among other reasons - to the "family room" the hotel offers. We were a family of 4 - my wife & I and our sons aged 11 & 3. The queen bed + bunk beds along with the 2 bean bags in the room totally made our vacation great. The room was spacious, the boys had their own beds without the room being cluttered and the fact that the room was designed for an occupancy of 4 meant that towels, pillows, toiletries, complimentary water, etc. were all available for 4 without us having to ask for extras. The location is also great (even if the street itself could have been cleaner but that's not the hotel's fault) - tons of restaurants of different cuisines within walking distance as is Nana BTS station. The one thing that could have been different (and would have pushed the score to 10) was the quality of the breakfast: it was the E.X.A.C.T. same spread everyday (only the sequence of the soups and of the juices/water was changing), there was nothing for vegetarians (other than bread/jam and the fruits; even the fried-rice had egg) and the quality of service & friendliness of the staff in the restaurant was not quite the same as with the staff in the hotel. I can't imagine that "Alex" restaurant could have won any award at all - let alone for 2 years in a row. Overall, a great stay and will certainly recommend the hotel (minus the breakfast). Every concierge we interacted with were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

I first stayed here 2 years ago and it was excellent for some reason this trip wasn't so good lots of noise from other guests banging doors sometimes for 2 hrs at a time shouting etc this happened for 2 or 3 of my 5 day stop bloody annoying the hotel is v good and clean with good rooms but not worth the prices charged !
