Staff were alway helpful and attentive. I probably wouldn’t stay here again though as the location is right in the tourist heavy part of sukhumvit. The welcome drink was also very disappointing. Only options were daft drink ior Singha beer which I had to collect from the reception area and drink in my room. I also saw small children slip and hit their heads on the pool decking because it’s so slippery. Mathis should be changed for safety reasons before someone gets seriously hurt.
