Service from staff and lounge excellent, breakfast not good both days! Poor quality food served slow and cold! Toaster completely inadequate (bread goes through 3 times, barely toasted, 4th burnt! Both days! Hot food generally cold, bacon when available barely half cooked, poached eggs told be six minutes, went back stone cold and sitting in pool of water- inedible

Overall it was a good experience. The hotel is in a good location. I chose a room on a high floor which was granted on the 15th floor and it was a quiet room as requested. The room included breakfast which is outstanding and very diverse. I stayed there in the beginning of February on the 5th floor and some where on that floor the residents where smoking pot and it was horrible. Upon my return in beginning of March the building had a sign out front banning the use of pot. So hopefully it is ahearded too. The only down side is the cigarette smoking just out side the door that you have to walk past to get to the curb. Move it 25 feet away so you don’t have to walk through the smoke to get in or out the door. Overall the staff is excellent. Kea the house keeping on the 15th floor did a great job as well as front desk people. The door men were great at getting cans or other cars. The waiters and waitresses at breakfast kept the tables cleared.

Large clean room with comfortable bed. A bit noisy at night time with street noise & music drifting in.
