I've been to Thailand three times to play in softball tournaments almost every year and I've stayed in the Mercure Sukhumvit 11 hotel each time. This year I booked a trip to bring some of my family here to have them enjoy Bangkok, Thailand. Booking this hotel was must when planning this trip because of the location, rooms, service and the staff. My family and I really love and are grateful to everyone who assisted from when we arrived, during our stay and when we had to check out. We all loved it so much. It was also my birthday and I came back to a birthday dessert in my room which I truly appreciate. Super loved seeing Mr.Adison upon returning as well. He remembered me from the softball tournaments I usually come for. Overall, please keep doing what you're all doing. I love everything about this hotel and I'll see you all next year!
