The food in the buffet is very nice and the staff helps a lot and are very kind. The toilets are very clean and have a special flush. The soaps are also very fragrant. There is also a steak place outside the lobby called el gaucho and the steak and the staff are very very nice. The tuktuk will also help bring you to terminal 21 and Nana train station. It would be nice if we could call the tuktuk to bring us back to the hotel from terminal 21 or nana but all in all the hotel is very very good.

We had a wonderful 10ish days in Bangkok. The first week our stay was with Mercure and the last night also back at the Mercure. Beyond exceeding our expectations. Everything was fantastic and we were very nicely and well attended to. Addison was exceptional from the moment he greeted us and accomodating to the moment we departed for the airport. He specifically, took great care in assuring we had the right information, arranged TukTuks for us and even helped me get to and from a pharmacy/train at a personal level when needed. I highly recommend Mercure on every level. The staff took very good care of us and ensured all of our questions were answered and needs met. We were very respected, and cared for at every turn. See you again soon my friends!
