I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable, but what made my visit extra special was the outstanding hospitality. My stay coincided with my birthday, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a lovely birthday cake arranged by the hotel staff in my room. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that made me feel truly valued as a guest. Beyond the surprise, every staff member was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast selection was excellent, and the location was perfect for exploring. I can’t thank the team enough for making my birthday so memorable.

Nice room. Hardware is good. nice Bed &Spacious bathroom. But the service is not good as expected.Firstly for Platinum member, the welcome amenity was missed until i told the staff. It is bot quite acceptable, because it should be arranged in advance before check in. And another main problem is about the closure if swimming pool. i understand the renovation work is for better hotel experience, but no prior notice is made even in the pre-welcome email sent a week before stay.If i was informed that before, i can decide whether to change another hotel because the swimming pool is important for vacation spent in a hotel.
