Only thing that would improve / enhance the stay would be to allow those with club milleseme benefits to experience their complimentary 2 hour drinks package and food up on the rooftop balcony at Belga. Instead of in the club milleseme room. I think that would be lovely. Other than that it was a great stay. Highly enjoyed it

Large room and comfortable beds. Fast wifi and well equipped gym. Nice swimming pool area. Friendly service at Executive Lounge. Very good location at Sukhumvit area.

Car driver was not friendly. Lounge staff use to be friendly and attentive but now not as much. Opera suite was good and well maintained but service non attentive at lounge. Housekeeping was very good. Lounge service no longer jump to service but sitting back and making us come to staff to get help. Clientele has dropped off. Dress code was advised at check in but not adhered to in lounge. Clientele more lower end with rudeness and more interested in free alcohol and feeding at trough. Noisy at night until midnight with loud music blasting. Even noisy over sound machine and ear plugs. Sounds like living under a disco with music thumping every night. Poor sleep as a result. Biggest is service drop off. One day we went to lounge to get a coffee we had to approach front desk to ask to get coffee even though staff saw us get off elevator and two workers (kitchen staff and cleaner) saw us but did not acknowledge us or get other staff to help us. Alcohol at lounge is in open and patrons flock to get as many drunks as possible. Not a relaxing lounge as everybody is in t shirts and shorts and drinking 2-3 drinks on their table for each patron. Will not be back a third time next year.

We stayed as a large group for a conference, the staff were outstanding. The food just amazing - loved the ice cream cart! Nothing was too much effort. The facilities were clean and well serviced. Highly recommended!
