While we are currently benefiting from a very competitive rate (red hot) , which we truly appreciate, we have noticed that some Thai staff members may not consistently reflect the expected level of professionalism, particularly in terms of facial expressions and certain choice of words, where greater awareness would be appreciated.

This hotel has a great location and I have stayed many times before…but at check in was never “welcomed backed” and as a platinum member the upgraded room type is very cheeky. The room is a luxury room with club floor access (which as a platinum member you are entitled to already) 2nd had extremely noisy guests next to me that kept me awake from 3:45 in the morning. Ask to be room moved. Don’t think they value platinum members like other Accor hotels do. Secondly I bought 6 other people with me (who could have stayed anywhere) same as last year and you would think the hotel would also be appreciative
