So much has changed since my last stay. Lifts are fast. The rooms are stunning, the staff are a treasure to this establishment. Be kind to the staff they are what make this hotel in my opinion one of the best & keep it running. Beds are like air, showers are like a waterfall, the room spacious. Good views of the city. The sofitel is close to all amenities. The door staff a very kind & accommodating. Check-in was delayed slightly due to a busy period in the day. I hope to stay again in the future.

Stayed here a couple times and love the location of this hotel. The room is well maintained and there is a wide variety of food at breakfast. Special shutout to Khaow, Gift, Sindy, Nok, Friend, Tide, Sun and Macky for their excellent service.

Fantastic Staff make this hotel 5 Star. Thanks to Macky, Nok, Gift & all the pool staff.

Centrally located in the Sukhumvit area, this fabulous hotel was ideal for visiting major shopping and entertainment venues. It’s also a short walk to Asoke or Nana BTS (skytrain) and MRT Sukhumvit (subway) stations. The large outdoor swimming pool is ideal for relaxing and the pool staff are great, regularly handing out sun screen and very welcome iced water. The hotel is 16 miles from Suvarnabhumi International Airport but if the traffic is congested it can take up to an hour to travel. The rooftop bar & brasserie, Belga offers stunning views across the city and not to be missed. Access to Club Millesime was well worth the little extra cost. A quiet area for breakfast, afternoon tea and evening meal with wine and cocktails certainly hit the spot. The service by Macky and his team was fantastic. Thanks to Gift for helping us with check out just in time to meet our airport transport.

The staff at Sofitel Bangkok has been great. Especially the lounge staff, including Khaow, Gift, Windy, Tide, Mscky, Sunny, Friend and Nan Nok. They are friendly and always helpful. They are also always attentive to details. We totally enjoyed ourselves during our stay.

My check-in experience was amazing. Anabelle was very friendly and approachable. She took an interest in my travel and recommended places to visit during my stay. My room was not ready when I arrived but she reassured me that I would not have to wait for long. She suggested waiting at the coffee shop and would come to give me the room key when the room was ready. As an ALL Gold member, I was upgraded to a nicer room. The room was very well-appointed. My only feedback is the air conditioning could be a little cooler. The housekeeping staff were wonderful. Each day I came back to a spotless room- The bed would be made perfectly, my toiletries on the counter would be well-organized. I was a Fairmont Gold manager with the Fairmont Hotel and now teaching Hospitality. So whenever I stay at a hotel, I pay attentions to the details in the room and how the services are performed. I must say you all did an amazing job! My three night stay felt too short. Hopefully, I will be back again very soon to experience your wonderful hospitality. Thank you!!!
