Sofitel Bangkok did not disappoint. From the moment I walked in and meet Mira , Lanna at reception with warm smiles and excellent customer service. Breakfast, lunch and dinners where an experience at Italian themed restaurant with great customer service from Bambi and her excellent team. Looking forward to my next trip.

everything is fantastic, only when check out i have requested 1 hr delay checkout, reception girl denied, felt very bad
