There is everything to like about this hotel. Stayed for 5 nights on the 31st floor, Club Millesime. Enjoyed the benefits of the club. The room was very cozy and comfortable. Excellent presentation of staff. Customer service , guest relations, housekeeping, restaurant staff- everybody presented very well. The Hotel located very close to BTS.

Every interaction since arrival was just great, the staff is super friendly everywhere! I really felt like coming home with the staff’s welcoming attitude, can’t remember when I’ve experienced this the last time. I was not aware beforehand that the pool area would be closed for renovation — but even this was handled with such good arrangements and friendly service that I couldn’t even be disappointed. Just a very good stay all around, previously I had visited in 2017 so after an almost 10-year break I can say that the hotel is well and better than ever and I will be happy to return!

Stay was pleasant. Hotel prepared some fruits, nuts and dessert in the room upon check in, which was a nice surprise. Room is clean, concierge is polite.
