Great location, very convenient as the hotel is near two BTS stations: Nana and Asok. Exceptional service from the Club Millésime concierge team. Mr. Tide was especially kind and attentive — he went out of his way to expedite our check-in and graciously extended our check-out time, which made a big difference to our comfort. Ms. Mariela was equally impressive, showing great patience in attending to guests. As we still had a few hours before heading to the airport, Mr. Tide even extended an invitation for us to rest at the lounge, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, we were very impressed with the service. This is our second stay with Sofitel Bangkok and will be happy to return.

We were there for our company Christmas lunch and I decided for convenient sake to stay at Sofitel Sukhumvit. The check-in staff, K. Gift and the barista were so warm and friendly. I was upgraded due to my status. The breakfast spread was really good and you can tell a lot of effort put into quality and presentation. The room was so high tech and it was not an issue charging or using any devices. I appreciate the parquet flooring as this is something uniquely Asian and bods a warm and tranquil atmosphere. I would love to be back if whenever I'm in Bangkok. On to the event itself, We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to you and the entire Sofitel team, Khun Jeab, Khun Bambi, Khun Baifern, Khun Bird, and all the service and catering staff, for the outstanding support and hospitality during our Christmas lunch event. Every one of our colleagues, from staff to managers and C-suite, shared very positive feedback. They were especially impressed with the warm service, the quality and variety of the Christmas food spread, and how smoothly everything was executed from start to finish. The AV setup was seamless, impressively high-tech, and very easy to use. The venue, especially with the decorations, was beautifully arranged. We also truly appreciate how you and your team accommodated our various requests, both before and during the event, with such professionalism and flexibility. I also passed on the spa voucher that the hotel kindly extended to me to our grand prize winner in the company lucky draw. I always have a good time here at Sofitel – you get welcomed the second you get out of your Grab, your luggage gets sent upstairs for you, and everything you ask for they’ll try their hardest to give it to you. Can’t single anyone out in particular because everyone’s been really nice and accommodating, to say the least. What’s even better is a bridge straight to the train station, so you don’t even have to be amongst the crowd and traffic if you’re taking public transport. I come often, because my boyfriend is on a work visa in Bangkok, and even he comes over to enjoy the amenities and customer service over the weekend instead of being in his own apartment haha. Speaks for itself, that’s for sure!
