Returning to Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit is always a delight. This marks my 4th visit, and the atmosphere and impression remain as exceptional as ever. It truly feels like coming home. I must express my admiration for the entire team at Club Millésime on the 31st floor. I can confidently say that this is the best Executive Lounge experience I have ever had. The service here is consistently outstanding. Khun Gift: It is always a pleasure to see her. She remembered me warmly and greeted me with her beautiful smile. I greatly appreciate her assistance with my room inquiry. Khun Mild: handled my check-in smoothly and consistently followed up throughout my stay to ensure everything was perfect. Khun Mira: my impression started with our email correspondence regarding the invoice, which was handled efficiently and thoroughly. Meeting her in person at the Club, where she greeted me with a warm smile, only elevated that positive impression. Khun Gigi : she is stunning and has a great memory for guests. I loved the pink Signature Cocktail she created for me during Cocktail Time. The Team: I also want to commend Khun Darren, Khun Tide, Khun Nok, Khun Henrry, Khun Kaning, and Khun Crispy. Everyone demonstrated true professionalism on the 31st floor. Overall, a special thank you to Khun Macky for overseeing the big picture of my stay. I am thoroughly impressed with my 4th visit and am already looking forward to returning in the future.

I am writing this message with a lot of gratitude in my heart, because my recent stay at Sofitel Bangkok with my wife was far more than just a hotel experience—it became a beautiful memory for both of us. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and your team made it truly unforgettable. I want to especially highlight someone who left a deep impact on us: Benz, your Guest Relationship Officer. From the very first moment we arrived, Benz made us feel genuinely cared for. Not just welcomed—cared for. Throughout our entire stay, she consistently went above and beyond in ways that touched us on a personal level. She arranged cakes, decorations, and thoughtfully prepared handwritten notes that made us feel incredibly special. She checked in on us with such warmth and sincerity that it felt like we were being looked after by family. It is rare—very rare—to meet someone in hospitality who gives so much of themselves to ensure a guest’s happiness. Benz did that, and more. She is not just good at her job; she lives hospitality. My wife and I spoke about it many times during and after our stay—she made all the difference. I want to be very clear: Benz is an invaluable asset to Sofitel. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine heart elevated our entire experience. In my honest opinion, she truly deserves recognition—whether that is a raise, a promotion, or both. Because of her, we have already decided that Sofitel will be our choice again. This time we stayed in one room, but when we return—likely in February for my birthday—we will be booking at least four rooms for our family. And the reason is simple: Benz made Sofitel feel like home to us. I would also like to express my gratitude to others who added warmth to our stay: Khaow, at the entrance, whose bright smile every time we walked in or out filled us with positivity. Kini, at the Club, who took such gentle care of us and made our time there extremely comfortable. Kuna / Nikau, also at the Club (I recall her name meaning “bird”), who was attentive, kind, and incredibly helpful. Nopphon Tangthai – who gave a grand finish for our vacation at the hotel. These small moments of care stay with a guest long after checkout, and your team has mastered that. Thank you once again for creating such a heartfelt and memorable experience for us. We will cherish this anniversary forever, and Sofitel will now always hold a special place in our hearts—because of the people who made it magical. I think the hotel is great but for a 5 star hotel the amenities are a bit dated, there seemed to be a lack of ability to set the room temperature, and the breakfast was only so so ( I was disappointed in the ability to get a soft boiled egg, instead I got a soupy egg rather than soft centered egg). The room controls are all via an ipad, which is not good at night and rather blinding after a good sleep. I would prefer softly luminated switches and not a fully controlled ipad experience. Do not take away that the experience was bad, in fact, it was great. Just take away that it could be greatly and easily improved and not at all what I might expect from 5 stars.
