I was a solo traveler, so the room was huge - there was a nice dessert plate in my room upon my arrival, the pillow menu provided added an extra touch of luxury. Service was always very prompt. The concierge helped me to print out a document at no extra charge. The F&B and facilities were also great, e.g. roof top restaurant/bar, a big gym, L'occitane spa. I used my Accor Stay Plus night and really enjoyed the membership benefits. Hotel is also really conveniently connected to Asok BTS station.
