The location was excellent with easy access to BTS and any number of eating places nearby as well as Terminal 21 and Central World not that far away. The staff were excellent. The experience was only marred by witnessing a very rude hotel patron at breakfast on the last day and unfortunately we think he was Australian too. We apologise to the staff for his rudeness and greediness, there was no need for it.

I was impressed with the services that offered by the hotel, example doing the best to check in earlier and my late checkout without additional charges. The staffs in the lounges are great who doing their best to serve us. The room services house keeping is doing very well especially the evening session to setup the slipper besides the bed and evening tea for good night sleep. Definitely i'll come back again!

Enjoyed our stay here and my review was always going to be a 5 until election day arrived and the hotel made no effort whatsoever to fully allow cocktail hour. Why couldn’t the times have been adjusted to start an hour earlier and finish an hour later so the 2 hours could have been utilised by your guests. There is absolutely no reason whatsoever that the times couldn’t have been adjusted - it’s not like your staff weren’t there? Cheap shot to use election day as a way of saving a few bob….. I was also disappointed there was only table service for some guests. I was never asked once if I wanted a refill yet saw your staff walking around with bottles of wine topping up other glasses. Preferential treatment is extremely unfair to other guests. The rest of our stay was great. Love Sofitel beds and pillows and always look forward to staying there. Breakfast was a bit of a miss match. Exec lounge was really slow so only went once, main restaurant was just manic. Pool is shaded for 2 hours each day but seemed to be enough sunbeds. Looked like staff were saving a specific bed each day for one guest which again is unfair and not a practice that should be adopted by a reputable hotel chain. Good location and Khaow at concierge was lovely.
