Regarding your early arrival, we would like to kindly clarify that our standard check-in time is at 2:00 PM. As your arrival was approximately 12 hours before the scheduled check-in time, an additional early check-in fee was applied to provide you with immediate access to the room before the official check-in time. This charge is based on room availability and our early arrival policy. We sincerely apologize if this was not clearly communicated and if the situation caused inconvenience or frustration upon your arrival. We also regret that our service did not make you feel sufficiently welcomed. Providing thoughtful and understanding hospitality is very important to us, and your comments regarding the interaction with our team have been shared with the relevant departments for review and improvement.
