A comfortable hotel located along Airport Rail line - Makkasan station. Suitable to travellers who want to avoid the congested Sukhumvit area but quick and easy access to airport.

Stayed for 7 nights, regrated it. Location was terrible with nothing at all, don't even convenient store or 7-11 nearby. To go anywhere will need to grab, the hotel only provide 1 hour a trip to nearby training station Tutu ride. On my 4th night when it rain the ceiling of my room start to drip water and a small pool the appear within my room in morning.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the numerous issues you encountered during your seven-night stay. We are particularly concerned by your comments regarding the water leaking from the ceiling during the rain, the unstable Wi-Fi and power interruptions that impacted your work, as well as the service experience you received from our Front Office team. These are certainly not the experiences we want our guests to have, and we understand how frustrating and disappointing this must have been. We also regret that our location and transportation arrangements did not meet your needs. While we do provide a complimentary shuttle service to the nearby MRT station, we understand that this may not have been sufficient for your travel requirements during your stay. At the same time, we sincerely appreciate your recognition of our bell staff, security team, and housekeeping colleagues. We will be sure to share your kind comments with them, as they will be encouraged to know their efforts were appreciated.
