Dear Ms. B., Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback about your recent 7-night stay with us. We are truly sorry to learn that your experience did not meet your expectations, especially given your previous positive stays with Mercure and Novotel hotels. Please accept our sincere apologies for the repeated air-conditioning issues you encountered and for the inconvenience of having to change rooms multiple times, only to face the same problem again. We fully understand how frustrating this must have been, particularly during a longer stay, and this clearly falls below our service standards. We are also very sorry for the shortcomings in room cleanliness and for the confusion regarding Privilege Lounge access following your room changes late at night. We regret that this added to your disappointment, especially after the disruption you had already experienced. Your comments have been shared with our Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering teams to ensure clearer communication, stricter checks, and improved follow-up in similar situations. Regarding breakfast, we appreciate your feedback on the limited vegetarian options. This has been passed to our culinary team for review, as we aim to better accommodate diverse dietary preferences. We also note your comments on Wi-Fi speed and overall service consistency, which will be addressed with the relevant teams.
