With family trip experience and quality was not good.

The rooms here were a touch of class, the staff were fantastic and accommodating. Breakfast was awesome!! The pool area was amazing and the surprise free shuttle to and from the train station made a huge difference.

The first room we got assigned had strong smell from the basin. There was blood stain by the door. We moved the room after one night as we didn't get into the room late. Staff was super helpful to move the next door, but as we got into the new room, we found out straight away that there was a leak at the basin so we called Front office who was again, very helful and sent someone to fix straight away. Like a few people here, the rooms are visibly need attention. The shower room didn't have a good draining system so water was everywhere after we showered. We also notified housekeeping staff that a shampoo bottle was broken so we couldn't use it since we moved in to the new room. Unfortunately, no actions to fix this during our stay. I wouls stay staff and service were good and they always offered help however this level of service did not match the facilities overall.

Very comfortable hotel. I had the best sleep, the beds are awesome. Nice swimming pool area. Good breakfast. 8-900 metres walk from the MRT station which is doable, but the complimentary shuttle they provide every hour makes is easier.
