This hotel is either good or if you are used to European standards mediocre. I stayed in this hotel for 7 days in november 2024. Checkin desk is located on the 8th floor which was a little confusing but the check experience was as expected from a 4* hotel. I got 'upgraded' to a Superior room while i already booked a Superior room, entering the room there was a fruit platter so old that it had fungus all over it. There was also a welcome letter which was addressed to someone else. The room itself was clean, however i did see some parts that were not cleaned properly but this can be overlooked. Think of The bed sheets having some small stains, the night stand having some stains etc. During my stay, i went out in the daytime and left the card on my door to clean my room. The room was cleaned for the first time after 3 DAYS. The room was never cleaned again be spite leaving the 'Im out so clean my room' card out. I had a drink voucher from being a Accor Gold member, i exchanged the voucher in the Bar on 8th floor. There was a choice between Cocktails and softdrinks. I went for a Coke and showed the bar maid the voucher on my phone and it was all good. Going back to my first sentence. For me as someone from Europe, this was not a 4* experience. I can understand that for locals this would feel like a extremely luxurious experience, but for me it was not. The employees were always nice, and helpful if i had any questions.

the best service for all, the receptionist on the 8th floor very nice and very helpful same as a bell man team at the 1 st floor. , the room very clean and comfortable. the location, near the transportation like a Skytrain to the international airport.

Thought the hotel should have easy access from/to Makkasan station. However, it was a long and dangerous walk on a busy dark road with no sidewalk. Location is really off. Apart from that, the hotel was OK.

While the hotel is located a bit away from main Sukhumvit area, it’s still well connected and away from major traffic congestion area. The stay was good with comfortable rooms but the breakfast that we paid extra left us much to desire for especially for vegetarian options, especially when there was a large population of Indian guests staying at the hotel. The Indian food counter was like hospital food (overcooked bland boiled lentils and boiled peas) and there was nothing veg except plain bread. Basic coleslaw/club sandwiches or peanut butter etc would have been sufficient if not anything else.
