While our hotel is situated in a quieter area, we understand that easy walking access to shops can be important for our guests. We also sincerely thank you for your feedback regarding breakfast variety. We regret that our selection did not fully meet your expectations, particularly in relation to Indian options and overall spread. Hotel was really new and had a beautiful view. The hotel staff were all really helpful, attentive, friendly and professional. We didnt have to wait long to be served at the hotel reception. Even though the hotel provided tuk tuks to the nearest mrt station every hour, Platimun mall twice a day and to Chit Lom once a day at 4pm, it was not very convenient. Hotel location was not within walking distance to the shops and we had to take a taxi to the shops if we wished to go at our preferred timings and when we wished to go back to our hotel. Apart from that, hotel was really new and clean. We enjoyed the gym and the pool ( there was no pool towels available when we were there), as well as the free movie session. The room was really bright and pretty spacious with a beautiful view. It will be better if the fridge actually keeps the drinks cool, as it didn't seem to be working when we were there. Also there was no conditioner/ body lotion / bathrobes provided unlike other hotels that we stayed in, which is a little puzzling. The only thing good was that the airport rail was less than 7mins away from this hotel and the hotel tuk tuk actually drops us really close to it in the early morning at 5am, so that we didnt miss our flight.
