Everything are all great except for the toilet bowl on room 2006, the bowl was wobble.

Subject: Quality Escalation Report – Mercure Bangkok Makkasan (PVFSJDRJ) To the Accor Hotels Quality Assurance Department, I am submitting this escalation report regarding my recent stay at Mercure Bangkok Makkasan on 20–21 November 2025 (Booking Reference: PVFSJDRJ). As an ALL Gold Member and a frequent guest across Accor properties, I was genuinely concerned by the number of quality-control issues identified inside the room. While the staff were professional and welcoming, the room condition did not align with Accor’s expected standards. During my stay, I observed the following: • Pillowcases with visible tears and punctures • Worn and damaged towels with holes • A cracked decorative wall panel • A severely deteriorated tissue-box cover shedding its coating into the tissues, rendering them unhygienic • Signs of oxidation and insufficient cleaning around the sink and the lower mirror-mounting area • A non-functional weighing scale covered in dust • Hot water not functioning in the shower, forcing me to endure cold water despite the weather not being warm These are not isolated issues; they are clear indicators of systemic gaps in room-inspection routines and preventive-maintenance procedures—particularly concerning for a 4-star property under the Mercure brand. As a professional specialized in design, readiness evaluation, and quality auditing, I can confirm that these issues are immediately noticeable and should have been identified long before the room was released to a guest. This was genuinely disappointing and inconvenient. I am sharing this feedback to express my dissatisfaction with what I encountered and to support continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with Accor’s global standards. Attached are photographs documenting the issues, and I strongly encourage a full readiness audit for this room and adjacent units. I did not have sufficient time to request an in-person inspection from the hotel’s team due to the short and work-intensive nature of my trip. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
