The location is good. Away from the noise of the city. But no convenience stores or mrt station nearby. Shuttles are a great addition for someone who does not want to walk a long way. Their lounge is as good as it gets. The movie with popcorn was a nice touch in the rooftop!

The room was ready when I arrived by 12noon and I was able to check in early.

Stayed for 4 nights. Had a great time with my family. Enjoyed the evening cocktails at L10. Simple but functional gym. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Staff were great, courteous and attentive.

Overall, it was a good stay. However, the shower was water logged about an inch high - the water did not flow down the drain quickly. The evening food in the executive lounge needs more variety and substance. The team at Mercure is amazing!

Stay was great, service was absolutely fantastic, especially the shuttle service to Petchaburi MRT. Just one nitpick is that the food was very monotonous and not very veg/vegan friendly. I found the food at Ibis had better variety for vegetarians.
