I last stayed here in 2020. Returning after six years, I still found the hotel pleasant overall, though a couple of small details could be improved. I was staying with friends. On the second morning, just before heading out, I noticed that the room safe was out of order, so I had to store my valuables in my friend’s room instead. Also found that a bag of chips in the mini-bar seemed to have been opened by a previous guest and had not been replaced. These were only minor inconveniences — everything else during our stay was good. Still happy to choose Mercure Bangkok Makkasan on next visit.
