This hotel is centrally located to all amenities ie BTS MRT in BKK and has very comfortable rooms.

All staff provided excellent service. The game room had a time slot system, preventing overcrowding. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety. The fitness center was open 24 hours, allowing guests to choose their preferred time, and the equipment was of excellent quality. The bedrooms showed thoughtful consideration for guests, such as using children's-themed bedding and including stuffed animals. The staff at the Playtopia room were kind and played with the children.

We had a lovely and comfortable 4-night stay at the Hotel. Our Comfort Suite was large and indeed very comfortable! Very helpful and courteous staff at the front desk and concierge who were ever ready to address all our needs. Smooth check in and express check out! Though the breakfast spread was decent, wish it had more hot options for vegetarians.

There was power failure on the last day starting from 5:30am. Challenging to pack our things in the dark and do planning for the day before we check out. Also, the bedroom chairs seems to have dust mite or some issues whereby after sitting on the stools, skin rash and it was extremely itchy.
