Good location, very near to emsphere. The room was big and very well cleaned. The bed was surprisingly very comfortable, more comfortable than some of the novotels nearby. It even had a small kichenette & washer/dryer, but unfortunately for the room I stayed the dryer was broken. The staffs were very attentive and friendly.

Hotel is located conveniently, a few minutes walk from the nearest BTS. Rooms are well appointed and staff were very cordially. A shuttle to airport is recommended as most guests are tourists.

Firstly i would like to express gratitute towards the lovely receptionist who upgraded my room 2 levels up, the room itself was really spacious. However, a few things to take note: there are 2 lights that are faulty, and the water shower system doesnt operate good enough (the water temperature changes constantly despite me not moving the valve). Secondly, the housekeeping staff was really polite and nice.
