While our hotel is located in the city center, we are situated in a small alley and not near discos or beach clubs. We regret that we only became aware of the noise concern after your stay. If we had been informed during your stay, our team would have been more than happy to take immediate action or offer a room relocation to another area of the room to ensure a more comfortable and restful stay for you and your family. We are also very concerned about your comments regarding cleanliness, insects, room condition, and breakfast hygiene.
