Located off a busy road in a smaller lane way , it's less noisy. Room is spacious enough for 4 with a double and a bunk bed for a family of 4. Front desk staff variable, checking process was easy and friendly. We were given all the hotel informations . However when we came back 3pm to get keys as room was not yet available at 11am, the front desk staff told us to take a seat and have a long wait while they kept checking in guests arriving after. Had to approach and remind the lady we have already checked in and just want the room keys to have a rest from the travel and heat. Only then did she check our details to give us the keys in 2 minutes. Not sure why this didn't happen earlier. Our bags were still in the lobby. Otherwise, stay is standard for an "apart-hotel", no benefits of being a gold status at this stay.

Reasonable accommodation- staff were good to me but not to my wife who is also ALL Gold and Explorer + member as they made her wait for the key when she and our children returned around 2-3pm even though we already checked in in the morning

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, which we appreciated. However, several things didn’t meet our expectations. The location is not close to the BTS, and there is no shuttle bus. Walking there with a small child was difficult, especially in the heat. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was the advertised kids’ activities, but we weren’t given any information at check-in, and when we eventually used the area, there wasn’t much suitable for our 2-year-old. Overall, the hotel is okay, but nothing exceptional. One more thing to note: we requested a 2-hour late checkout and were charged 1,000 baht. Most hotels usually offer this free of charge, so it felt unnecessary.

⭐️ 1/5 – Terrible Service and Completely Unwelcoming Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The counter staff were not welcoming at all — cold, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in helping. Even though we had checked in online in advance, our room was still not ready when we arrived after a tough night of travel with our baby. When we mentioned the online check-in, the counter employee didn’t say “I don’t care,” but her attitude made it obvious that it didn’t matter to her. She offered no support to help us or our baby feel comfortable while waiting. While waiting near the indoor playground so our child could relax, employees even came to kick us out of the restaurant area simply because we had external food — even though our room wasn’t ready and we were doing our best with a tired toddler. The problems continued throughout our stay. Our room was never cleaned on time. Even after we asked the cleaning staff directly to do our room before our baby’s nap, they still showed up only when we were inside — right when our child was trying to sleep. To make things worse, the overall attitude of the hotel feels far more pretentious than it used to be, without offering the level of service that should justify it. Staff behave as if they’re running a high-end establishment, yet they fail to deliver even basic hospitality. Overall, the service was cold, unhelpful, and inconsiderate, especially for families. We cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. There are many better options where guests receive genuine care and respect.
