We spent 3 nights at the hotel and everything was amazing. Great & extremely polite team. The bedroom was spacious, beautiful & very clean. Soundproofing is very good, we couldn't hear the elevator that was right next door. The hotel looks new or is very well maintained. The location was convenient with a short walk (11 minutes) to BTS Phrom Phong. The only thing I would change is the margarine used for the breakfast. Other than that, I highly recommend ;-)

Within the busy period and the available infrastructure, it was an OK experience. The bell staff was very helpful and the hotel has a decent arrangement for airport cab services. The dampener was the washing machine whose dryer was not doing its job despite hours of operation. One of the primary reason for booking this property was the washing machine in the suite, so you can understand the disappointment. There were no facility in the room to hang the clothes for drying either. A minor dampener was with the welcome drink, which was announced at the time of check-in to be between 8 am and 8 pm, but was closed by 7:30 pm thereby rendering it unused. Breakfast is decent, though coffee machine kept dysfunctioning multiple times either mechanical issue or due to milk can not being replaced on time. Also for a place that boasts a separate Japanese restaurants and the breakfast including several Asian options, it is a bit culturally insensitive not to provide chopsticks at breakfast at least for those who request.
