What an excellent stay at Novotel Living Sukhumvit. Firstly I felt looked after from start to finish, with my Accor membership acknowledged and benefits provided that truly exceeded expectation. The hotel is tucked away from the noise of the main road, yet close enough to walk to Emsphere for coffee, food and shopping. I worked remotely during my stay and had no issues with connections etc, and the executive suite was perfect. Great facilities, great staff - highly recommend.

We really liked our stay. Booked a studio for 3 nights. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Initially, we didn't like the extra firm pillows provided in the room. The friendly and helpful staff replaced them twice, until we were satisfied with the softness of the pillows. Thanks for your patience! The stove, big refrigerator, kitchen utensils, bath robes, slippers, iron, hair dryer...the bathroom was stocked with nice toiletries. We had everything! Additionally we had a bath tab and the shower. And WiFi worked perfectly. The only one thing that we didn't like was a old and very loud A/C. The temperature control and the direction of the air could not be adjusted, so we either were too cold or too hot. But even such old A/C system could not change our positive impression from our booking.

Nice hotel, my room was quiet big and I was surprised with stove , microwave and medium sized fridge and freezer. It’s good for us to prepare bf in the room. Everyday room service nice and clean when you come back from outside. It’s fantastic job for hotel.

I had a good stay at the hotel. My room truly was lovely. It was quite spacious, had a warm vibe to it plus provided everything I needed. The location of the hotel is great. Everything you might need and want is right there or a short tuk tuk ride away. Breakfast also good. More than enough to choose from and served by friendly staff.
