We chose the hotel as there was a pool with a slide for the kids, which they enjoyed. The size of room was also welcomed. It took a while for someone to help clean a mess in the toilet but it was ok in the end. The lights in the room sometimes flicked on brightly for a nano second, which is strange but didnt concern us in the end.

The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The hotel is conveniently located near the BTS and shopping malls. Breakfast was good and tasty, although the variety was a bit limited. The receptionist, Khun Boat, provided helpful information and excellent assistance throughout the stay. I would definitely come back again.

We felt very looked after here. Location is great - short walk to Terminal 21 and trains/MRT that are located beside the mall and lots of dinner options nearby. Pool is great for relaxing, with lots of couches (no one here claiming loungers with towels at 6am!), and the children's pool off to the side is great too. The staff were fabulous and so very helpful. Shuttle service arranged (we paid) to the airport when we left which was one less stress. Our family all agree - we'd stay again. Big thank you to the Novotel Living team - each and every one from the doorman, reception, cleaners etc are amazing. Thank you!

We had a very comfortable stay at Novotel Living. The staff were courteous, the rooms were good and spacious and the facilities were well maintained. It is a wonderful property for families and is conveniently located in Bangkok. However, the breakfast dining area could be improved in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. We noticed lizards and flies during our meal and brought this to the staff’s attention. Overall good experience and would recommend this hotel
