Novotel has always been a good experience! This property was beautiful, well maintained, near the main road & amazing hospitality! We were 3 adults staying in a room & to our pleasant surprise found that a roll away bed had already been placed, bathrobes, towels etc everything was placed in 3 for all of us beforehand.. we didn't have to follow up for anything at all! Would love to stay here again! 👍👍

I loved this place with kids. We had such a nice room, we loved the pool and kids play area. Very friendly service everywhere and i truly appreciated fact that if i told someone about my stay for example in reception, next time when i went there, they were already familiar of it. Not so common in Thailand, 10+++

I checked in and was taken to my room... This is after a LONG journey from Australia. I get into my room and after a few minutes i realise i have NONE of the amenities i requested. I check my booking and they've put me in a subpar room. I dont know if they realised this when the check in was done, my room type wasnt available so they thought they could downgrade my room and I wouldnt notice?? I called the reception and they told me to wait and they would arrange another room, after wasting up to an hour not being able to get settled, i was moved to another room. My mood and opinion of the place was already ruined, i wasnt happy so I asked for my booking to be cancelled. I was charged for a full night even though i checked out as soon as possible.

Nice place to stay in the heart of the city.. and the staff is second to none .
