We didn’t request an extra bed, but one was installed in our room. It wasn’t very pleasant. Also, we noticed a few flies near the drain.

The picture of the building being advertised is the Tall building I came to find out it is not the HOTEL, it is the Residences. This is misleading, I thought I was staying in a Tall building hotel and newer, I paid too much to get an OLD Room and a low building with ugly view. I will never use this hotel again. Family hotel, lots of noise from kids

Great location with many fabulous restaurants and shopping malls nearby. Large family rooms. Spotlessly clean. Wonderful staff. Good breakfast with omelette chef and some Asian options for gluten free travellers - but no gluten free breads or pastries. Pool is lovely and shaded from hot afternoon sun. A fantastic stay.

Have stayed at this hotel several times and am generally satisfied. But a few things to note after the last visit: there are no longer toothbrushes, cotton swabs etc in the room, which I think should be available without asking for it for a hotel in this price range. I would also like the breakfast to not have pork as standard for rice porrige and rice noodle soup, it would have been much better if it was vegetarian or with shrimp so that more people could choose it for breakfast. Pork could have been a topping to add yourself for those who wish. The rooms are nicely decorated, spacious and clean. The staff are very nice, both at reception, porter/door man and in the restaurant. One minus is that the AC is quite loud so if you want to stay cool at night and are sensitive to noise, bring earplugs. On my last visit just after New Year's I noticed that the hotel seemed more family-oriented than before but this means that it is a bit messier and louder at the pool area and breakfast than during my previous stays.
