All dishes should have clear labels of ingredients especially for pork and vegetarian, and if alcohol is added into any dish including drinks. Pastries should also have labels of egg or vegetarian as there are vegans guests.
2) Pool:
There should be a separate path for the guest to enter the lift lobby without passing by the main lobby. Its a discomfort to walk pass the main lobby with wet clothes and swim accessories.

The aircon in our room was blowing directly at my head. We had to switch off aircon and sleep without aircon on first night. Engineers came to try to change the wind direction on 2nd night but the wind was still unbearable. Even when we switch to low wind it's really bad. The playtopia toys were also limited wished there were some slide or play ground.

Novotel Living Bangkok Sukhumvit Legacy is very conveniently located. There’s a Lawson nearby, Prime Burger (which we really enjoyed!), and Emsphere is also close, so getting around and finding food was very easy.
It’s also a very good hotel for families. The setup is comfortable and convenient when traveling with kids, and we appreciated that their airport transfers were reasonably priced. You can also negotiate the transfer rate, which was a nice plus.
Unfortunately, there were a few things that affected our stay. Our biggest issue was the air-conditioning in our room. It was consistently warm, and even after they sent a technician to check it, the room never really became comfortable. We stayed for a week, so this was quite frustrating. I also wish they could have at least provided us with an electric fan when the issue couldn’t be resolved.
The cleanliness could also be improved. When we first arrived, we found empty bottles that looked like supplement bottles left behind from the previous guest. This made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned before check-in. In general, the room could have been tidier, and housekeeping needs a little more attention to detail.
Breakfast was another area that could definitely be improved. After staying for a full week, the selection became very repetitive. I felt like I ate bacon every single morning for seven days! 😂 I really wish they would rotate the dishes and offer more variety, especially for long-staying guests.
Some of the breakfast food was also cold because the food warmers didn’t seem to be turned on. Hot dishes should really be served hot, and this would have made the breakfast experience much better.
Overall, it’s a good and very family-friendly hotel in an excellent location. We enjoyed the convenience and would still consider staying here again, but the air-conditioning, housekeeping, and breakfast definitely need improvement.

The location being walking distance from EmSphere and Emporium is a brilliant thing along with just down the road from Phrom Phong subway station on the Sukhumvit Line. The building has two towers and we stayed in the second tower above the El Santo Mexican Restaurant & Bar where you also have breakfast each day. It was good that breakfast was included in our booking but we never ate dinner or lunch at El Santo Mexican Restaurant & Bar as their menu was confusing as it had a different option for dine-in vs room service. We did eat at some great Japanese cuisine at Hiko Sushi but sadly the ALL Accor+ Explorer 30% food and 15% drink discount wasn't eligible at Hiko Sushi. The pool was open from 7am until 8pm and got very busy with the families in the evening and there was never enough pool towels available. There was a kids area downstairs where they could do crafting activities or play on the Nintendo Switch.
We had to ask for extra bedding for the sofa and when they came up they brought the bare minimum of a sheet and a pillow... no extra sheet or blanket so we had to ask again the next night as it was too late already and we were tired and wanted to sleep.
There was more noise that expected from the hallway but little noise from the outside which was great considering the location. The a/c had to be running most of the time as the sun heated the room through the last glass window. The room was very well cleaned as was the rest of the hotel.
We did have to ask for extra towels on everyday as we didn't have enough towels for everyone staying in our room and more toilet paper multiple times which got to be annoying. During our stay our status went up but they said they wouldn't do anything as the booking was linked to our original status this was a bit of an anti-climax. The hotel was overall nice and the staff were friendly but a big shout out to the friendly security and porters who seemed to be going out of their way at any chance they got to ensure guest satisfaction.

We just stayed for a night and felt like we could stay here for a week and not get bored of the place.
Suite room was super functional and had all amenities from washer, microwave stove top refrigerator, and on request before checkin in room was ready with baby cot and high chair.
Playtopia is amazing. Toddler had a lot of fun.
The poolside bar is a bit slow in service but staff is friendly.
The Mexican restaurants were amazing and the staff there made sure me and my toddler had a great time.
Breakfast spread was superb.
All in all a perfect family stay.
