The location is the worst. If you want to stay to be near the airport, DON'T. It's around 16 minutes drive, so you'll need an uber that will cost you around €16-20, which in my opinion, is better to stay in the city where there is something else to do. Having "aeropuerto" in the hotel name is misleading, in my opinion. If you take public transport from the city during the day, it's an ordeal to get there. There is nothing to do nearby. Only one restaurant that's kind of expensive, so you'll end up either ordering something online or resorting to eat their poor choices. The check-in took me around 30min-1h to be done, because only one of the staff was doing it, then the check in process is very slow. I had to write all my information on a piece of paper (which they already had from booking), they take some kind of warranty form my credit card, which they didn't explain why. I had a little dog with me, had to read a long page to agree with whatever was being asked there, and I had to pay 12€, which didn't get me anything for the dog, but this is normal in hotels. Mid shower, the water temperature was getting hotter out of the blue. At first I almost burned myself. You could hear everyone walking in the corridor, it was a bit noisy. I only stayed for one evening. I couldn't be there for longer.

We specifically chose this hotel for the convenience of an airport hotel with shuttle service and animal friendly as we were travelling with a small, blind dog. Once we arrived we were informed the dog could not travel on the shuttle.

Hotel rooms are clean, air-conditioning is working. You can have a good sleep at night since the area is very quiet .People on the reception are friendly and helpful. They called taxi for my trips. Everything you need for efficient business trip. I will book again .
