Shuttle service is a joke and ridiculously expensive if you have luggage. This should be advertised because we booked this hotel purely for it's shuttle service which was not indicated until we arrived of how expensive it would've been. Wait times to check in are long (after making people enter info the day before in the first place.) And now you spam me with emails. Worst hotel stay I've had in 35 countries and no value for money.

Great hotel room and very comfortable stay. Check in staff were very nice and made the whole process very easy. Only complaints I have are: 1) Charging 10€ per day for parking is a bit rough considering the hotel is located far from the airport and far from the city and public transit. There was only 1 other car in the whole parking lot, which seems like a waste of resources. You can’t go anywhere from the hotel without a car anyway. Their own airport shuttle is also 8€ per person so no matter what you need to pay money for anything. 2) I bought a pizza from the restaurant for 14€ expecting it to be nice, but I saw the staff pulling a frozen pizza out of a plastic wrapper and sticking it in the pizza. Had I known they were reheating frozen pizzas I would’ve ordered from somewhere else instead. That isn’t fair.
