I wish I knew about the shuttle bus times otherwise I would not book this hotel as I had to get my own Uber to get to the airport as they only go at certain times.

I booked this hotel by mistake on All App then I've tried to call the hotel by phone to cancel there was no answer for ages. Booking made on my flight and arrived 2 hours after that. They refused to cancel it for free.

Auto lock system doesn’t work at my room. Big concern with the secueity. Secueity is very essential point that every hotel are expected even budget hotel but not satisfied. Furthermore, front service is not helpful but blunt.

During my stay there was an issue with keys, sometimes they did not work. It was sorted by the staff, but it caused some waiting time. The room was fine, although I was given a wheelchair access room with an open shower, which only had a low hook for the shower head and no screens around it. A little less comfortable.

Communication. I had a few questions and called the hotel multiple times and no one answered.

Just stayed for one night prior to a transatlantic flight. Nice cozy hotel with very friendly personnel. Room kind of small, but very clean and comfortable with all the basics. Good parking and less than 10 minutes from the airport. Nice complete cafeteria until midnight. Pizza was great. Very complete vending machines 24 hrs.

Have stayed in two budget ibis hotel which really were 'budget', whilst this one was a little more expensive, for budget the price was extremely good value considering the location and the room was of a high standard
