Very clean hotel and great service from all staff. Glad to have option of evening meal rather than having to go out to find a restaurant, although the salad tasted a bit "out of the box". The breakfast buffet was fabulous though. Set me up for the day. All staff were so friendly and helpful, and all seemed very good at their jobs and really wanting to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. Room clean and tidy.

Very disappointed with the hotel. I booked it at Booking.com and it showed that there is an airport shuttle available for this hotel which was one of the deciding factors to book hotel for this night. At first I thought it is included in the price but then I found out that there is a fee of 6 Euros per person. Once you want to book the ride, they send you a link, but it's not 24h and it doesn't state anywhere. They only offer few rides per day. I will attach pic with hours. Our flight landed at midnight and their last shuttle was at 23h. Then the day of traveling again no shuttle because they stop at 10:30h and no more rides till 21:30h!!! The most ridiculous hours of operation ever!! On top of it, the hotel was not cheap at all! For 10 euros more you can get Hilton or Melia, with way more amenities and free shuttle!! This was extremely minimally equipped room. We will never ever stay here again. Very disappointed with the hotel. Breakfast included was bare minimum, not worth the money

The service is indeed paid, as indicated on our website, and the limited schedule is due to operational constraints. We understand the inconvenience this may have caused, especially with your flight arriving at midnight. Regarding the room and breakfast, we regret that you found them minimal. Our pricing varies depending on the season and events in the city, which can influence the rate, and we continuously strive to maintain quality and service standards for all guests. We had an even-numbered room on the 5th floor - great view of planes coming in, lovely optical features when the sun streamed in, and overall very quiet. Basic room, very clean, all the amenities expected in a one-star hotel along with some extras - my cats each got a collapsible water bowl! Everything was terrific. I only wish there was one more surface on which to place things so I didn't have to keep bending to the floor to look for something in a bag.

Overall, we were comfortable. There were just a few points that could have been better: More space to hang clothes. The shower temperature was not 100% stable -- it would sometimes suddenly get hotter, or suddenly get colder. Also, the light in the shower cubicle would occasionally turn off briefly, or flicker. The light in the toilet had a similar issue. (We were in room 308, in case someone would like to check out the shower and lights.)
