Bed bugs!

Location to the airport was great. Room seemed clean and efficiently laid out. Problem was the day we checked out, within a few hours, my wife and I realize we were bitten by bed bugs all night. All over our face, shoulders, neck and arms.

Pleasant for a one night stay but vending machines don't sell alcohol so we walked to the nearby Marriot and used their bar.

Mosquitos, A/C not working

I'm not sure how but there was an infestation of mosquitos in the room. Like dozens of them on the wall. The walls even had squished mosquitos still on them. The room was unbearably hot, and A/C' "mode" button locked on a mode that wouldn't let you get it to a normal temperature. Reception told us, of course, that it was on us to tell them the fay before, when it's obvious from looking at the dead mosquitos on the wall that this is something that affected the previous guests.

Rooms not well sound proofed, could hear sound of water loudly in the drain when surrounding rooms took a shower. Also inadequate shuttle service to the airport, all the 8 and 9am slots were taken leaving me to take an expensive taxi each way.
