One comment: there's no hair dryer in the room. You need to ask fot it but there is less hair dryer than the rooms and you are not aware of this fact before the shower !!!

Average overall. I just did not like the way I was answered when I asked about the taxi's price to the airport on the day of my departure. I think that even if I do not understand and if I keep asking the same question is not a good reason to be rude, especially if you are in the hospitality industry.

Its like sleep in a sauna. The hotel is equipped with a automation system the employees does not understand. You are not allowed to regulate the temperature in the room. We had 28 degree celsius and where not able to sleep at all. We had one of the staff up in the room and he was not able to do anything about it. We delivered complaint to the hotel, but they just ignored it with a very bad excuse that it is how it should be. Stay away from this amateur driven hotel. They are not interested in paying customers at all. On top of this, there is not a proper bathroom in the room. It is a toilet with the wash tray in the room, and a separate shower. A stupid solution. There is plenty of other hotels to choose from in the area. Stay away from this one!!

The hotel front desk staff had poor service. They were cold and indifferent. They didn't proactively inquire about customers' needs (such as how to get an invoice, book the airport shuttle bus, or help with changing money), and only blamed customers.

Came to Madrid late to catch a flight the next morning. Hotel was convenient and comfortable. It would have been nice to have lock on the bathroom in the room, and it was annoying to have to pay for parking when leaving.
