all good excepting i couldnt request the shuttle to airport and this was the main reason i chose this location

This was a short stay between flights at MAD. The rooms are very clean but very small and no frills. I loved the good water pressure and hot shower, bed was comfy, and the additional charge breakfast well worth the euros!! Nice assortment of continental breakfast items and great coffee!! The room Aircon was a bit weak though. There didnt seem to be much around the hotel other than businesses, but I honestly did not leave the property on this short stay.

No transport from airport during afternoon of the day

The room was fine and cheap, but you have to pay for the shuttle bus to the airport (which is not so close) and if you call them there is zero chance they will pick up the phone. They had issues with check-in so we had to wait for half an hour.

In addition, there are informational signs both in the elevators and at reception explaining how the shuttle works and its schedules. Our staff is always available to assist guests in case they have any doubts or need help understanding the service. We also regret the waiting time during check-in. At times, this process may take longer due to the amount of mandatory data that must be collected in compliance with the Royal Decree that came into force in December. Regarding phone availability, we are sorry if you were unable to reach us promptly. During peak periods or high occupancy moments at the Front Desk, response times may be affected.
