Rooms as advertised: quiet - this is important because of proximity to the airport. Bed comfortable. Room well lit. Staff friendly and efficient. Clean room. Some areas for improvement: 1. the room needs a slightly larger sink 2. the airport shuttle should be free. 3. a hand towel in the room would be appreciated

The hotel is new and all worked well. However, the service was very disappointing. The hotel offered a shuttle service (for a fee) that I paid for. The shuttle, however, did never arrive. I called the hotel several times to inquire, but they never took my call. Upon arriving at the hotel late at night I had to wait for a long time to check in.
