En relación con el precio, tal como se le comentó previamente y en el momento del check-in, la tarifa de la segunda noche era errónea debido a un error informático. Se le ofrecieron varias alternativas, entre las que figuraban la cancelación sin coste de la reserva o abonar la cantidad restante hasta el precio real de la tarifa. Respecto al tamaño de la habitación, se trata de un formato compacto y funcional, diseñado para ofrecer una estancia práctica, cuya información está disponible previamente en nuestros canales de reserva. En cuanto al corte de electricidad durante una noche de su estancia, lamentamos profundamente las molestias ocasionadas. Regarding the location, we would like to remind you that we are an airport hotel, mainly designed for transit stays, with access to public transport that connects to different areas of Madrid. Regarding the shuttle service, the information is available at reception, in the elevators, and is also sent by email together with the ticket. The stop is located just a 1-minute walk from the hotel, making it easy to access. Regarding breakfast, we are sorry to hear it was not to your satisfaction.
