Overnight stay with our dogs heading north. Room was warm and clean, the shower was a little sung but leave the doors open and it’s fine. Great breakfast of cold cuts and breads.

We were not informed about the pass code key to the front door. While bringing bags to the room we got locked out in the little entry hallway ! It was 9 : 45 pm and the receptionist was already gone! We got stuck at the front door, hopelessly disappointed , extremely stressed and upset. After calling help line the front desk person came back and gave us codes to the entry door to the hotel and for the entry gate to the parking! It was unfortunate experience during our trip through the France.

Bonjour, Nous comprenons votre ressenti, la réception ferme de 21h30 à 6h00 du matin. Il y a toujours une personne sur place en cas d'urgence, de plus un numéro d'urgence est inscris au-dessus de la borne. Nous envoyons toujours un message avec le numéro de téléphone inscrit dans la réservation avec les codes pour accéder à l'hôtel. Nous espérons que malgré cette expérience, nous pourrons vous accueillir à nouveau prochainement, dans de meilleures conditions. Bien cordialement Safa réceptionniste

The owner was really friendly and helpful. Clean tools, nice beds, Italian shower (I believe premium rooms only) Decent breakfast considering the inexpensive price.

Chambre répondant à mes attente, très propre. Petit déjeuner parfait. J'ai pu laisser, gratuitement, ma voiture sur le pk pendant ma journée de travail, ce qui m'a bien arrangé.
