Nice staff at the entry and a good looking lobby/restaurant. Also the car park had a fence that closes at 23:00 o’clock, this felt safe to leave the packed car overnight. The room was tidy and neat. The bed however was highly uncomfortable and the rooms were not very well isolated from sound (I could hear the neighbors and upstairs as well). However we weren’t bothered by the traffic sounds from outside. We were here one night only on a trip to Spain and did not get the best sleep to continue our journey. Also the restaurant food wasn’t great. It was mediocre and quite overpriced.

The parking was terrible. I arrived after 10 pm and there were no spots available. Thankfully the front desk clerk told me to just park in a "zebra" striped zone. The toilet also didn't stop filling in the room, so it was a bit noisy.

Dear Huilin K., Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the parking situation and appreciate your understanding of our policy. Additionally, we will address the noise issue with the toilet to ensure a more comfortable experience for our guests. NOUSIKA - DIRECTRICE

I was super pleased with the staff, the kindness and friendliness. The room was great value for the price, I wish all Ibis hotels would be like this. The food was great, even breakfast even lunch. The hotel has a EV charger and a Gym. The gym a bit small and run down as some of the machines were not working.
