we do holiday in this resort in the summer, but always wanted to return in winter. we know this area very well. we both enjoyed our stay at this hotel all staff were very helpful and polite. which made short stay very good. room was very clean and was cleaned every day. our room was a sea view which was good in morning & evening. we had a new years eve meal which had six courses which very well presented and very good. overall we did enjoy our stay.

The hotel is beside the marina, near town centre and close to many cafes and restaurant’s. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was a bit dated but very clean, comfortable bed and had a lovely sea view. We visited in October but the aircon struggled to cool the room. ( all three rooms were the same) The cleaner uses vinegar to clean out the kettle. Once they left the vinegar in the kettle causing an unpleasant coffee. We had a nice meal in the first evening but didn’t use it again because the menu never changed. Breakfast was basic but no wow factor. As you can see we did enjoy our visit. I hope it has a refurb soon as it’s a bit dated. The price charged for the car park was £15 per day which I felt was far too expensive. Very little free parking in the area.

We liked the room, the view, and the restaurant. However, I suppose the hotel is "tired" after the long summer season because all the fixtures in the room were worn looking and scuffed.
