We had a very nice stay due to location of Novotel , even by a very hot summer day we managed to go for a walk protected by pin trees from the sun, very friendly receptionist, modern looking hotel with beautiful view of golf course .

We have stayed at this hotel many times and have had a consistently good experience each time. The excellent location and beautiful setting is added to by agreable and helpful staff, a well maitained hotel and generally good food and service. This last stay maitained our previous good impressions.

Well located. Nice balcony. The rooms need to be updated and my shower was plugged overflowed everyday.

The staff was nice. I liked the location and the balcony. The room needs updating and the shower was plugged. Everyday water overflowed onto the bathroom floor my entire stay. I called every morning to request new towels. They should have been able to fix the problem so I could enjoy the shower and stay.

On Arrival the young lady on reception was chaming and very helpful. The rooms were well presented but very tiered and the Air con did not work efficiently. The worst part was the Bar on arrival we took a seat on the patio which was very busy. We sat for at least 10 mins without being attended to. I go to the bar to find 3 Bar stall deep in jovial conversation between them selves. I stood there for another several mins till one of them dained to ask me if I wanted a drink!!! 2 beers were ordered. I went to take them back to our seat and the barman insisted he brought them to us. He went followed me out but didnt arrive for another few mis. I then asked for a Panache ( shandy) the response was we dont sell them so we asked for a Beer and a glass of lemonade which they refused to sell us saying we already had a drink. this third drink was for a friend who was joing us you thought we had asked for the impossible. Luckily both my collegues spoke perfect french and tried to establish what the problem was.... we realy didnt get a proper response. all three of them were scruffy unkempt and showed little signs of realy wanting to work at all..... I have to say that I find this alot in the french hiospitaliy sector. Ignorant, arrogant and lazt... will never stay there again spoilt the night.
