disgusting, dirty, very hot......

the room was ok for just one night. rooms itself were ok, basic but clean. The Sanitary was terrible, disgusting and not a pleasure to use.

Room was very hot. No AC. Sheets and bedding dirty/stained. One light bulb blown in room. Unfriendly staff.

I did not expect anymore for the amount I paid but the amount I paid was what I could afford and so yes it was not the" ritz" nor did I expect it to be but yes I completely fullfilled the need that I had for my holiday accommodation.

The first room we were allocated had a dirty, unmade bed with blood all over the pillows. We were then allocated an alternative room. The beds in both of our two rooms stank of urine and smoke. The windows were kept open all night and we still could not get used to the smell. Our daughter who is asthmatic kept coughing throughout the night. We had to sleep in our clothes and use our own bedding - the pillows were absolutely revolting and had no covers. The shower rooms were disgusting and there was only one toilet we could brave with our children before we went to sleep. Even that had urine all over the toilet and floor. After barely any sleep we decided to leave just after 5am. As the toilets were unusable my this time we had to drive for an hour to find open public toilets which we could use. We did not stay for the breakfast. Since leaving we have had to take our blankets and cushions to be laundered as they smelled of urine and smoke.

I couldn’t stayed it was just gross the whole room and smell, couldn’t handle.

I needed somewhere to sleep while traveling to Spain , but not again. Mirror broken,room behind the toilets even though the hotel was half empty. Not very clean, definetly in need of an overhaul and a coat of paint.

It was calmed, appropiated to rest

The hotel is in a revolting state -- filthy toilets, dirty shower, dirty pillow-cases which have not been changed, dirty room, dirty hallway. The management here clearly doesn't give a damn. There is rubbish strewn everywhere in the communal areas. We made the mistake of staying here one night without checking other reviews -- never again! It's terrible value for money (F1 have even started charging for towels) -- if your choice is this or sleeping in the car, sleep in the car.

We had two rooms at the F1 at Vendarques. Apart from the fact that the air conditioning was not working throughout the hotel, the rooms smelled stuffy and of cigarette smoke. One room had stains of a yellow liquid covering most of one wall and the better part of another. The same room had a broken security latch and could not be secured from the inside. The mattresses should have been replaced years ago since they had no firmness left in them whatsoever. The mirrors were cracked in both rooms, and someone had covered the smoke detector with a plastic bag in order to be able to smoke in the room without trdiggering the fire alarm. Perhaps not so coincidently, the room in question was the smellier of the two. Moreover, this did not inspire much confidence in the reliability of the fire detection system in the hotel. Throughout the night, people were speaking loudly in the car park, at times listening to loud music, until we shushed them at around 4 a.m. (There appeared to be no night guard on duty, or if there was, they did not do anything about this borderline anti-social behaviour of some of the guests). We were obvious forced to leave the windows open to keep the rooms cool enough to sleep in and were therefore exposed to the noise from the outside and dozens of mosquito bites. The toilets and showers were dirty. Some of our party decided it was best not to use the showers in view of the dirt. We have stayed at F1 on many occasions but have never experienced a hotel in such a dilapidated state.

Stayed here may times traveling to Spain from Holland. This time it was an east european drunk fest... Not very nice with 3 children.!!!!!
