This is a great place to stay, rooms are very comfortable and the balcony is great to see the river . The staff were amazing as well. We find it disappointing though that the restaurant is closed for lunch and for dinner on Saturday and Monday nights .

Very comfortable room, slightly odd system of getting to it and one experience where the lift didn’t work at first. Very limited parking that guests should be made aware of. We were advised to park on the street but could not get the EasyPark app to work (international credit card?) which made mornings a bit inconvenient. The kitchen was very good, we ate there twice. There is no service on Sunday or Monday and no very nearby alternative. Once we were told we didn’t need to book that evening, came up and there was no space. Were advised to return to our room and they would call when our meal was ready. When we returned there still wasn’t a table ready for us allowing the meal to cool, we were placed but weren’t even asked what we wanted to drink. All that said it was a very good stay and a fine hotel.

The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. My only issue was that I requested parking when I booked and was not notified it wasn't available. A simple email would have been nice so we were prepared.
