Had a wonderful experience staying at this peaceful property. They promote sustainability. It is a small hotel with only few parking spots available and needs to be prebooked in advance. Overall staff was wonderful

Lovely, suitated by the bay with fantastic views. Rooms not very clean though and felt it was over priced for what you had. Parking was a massive issue and was charged quite heftily for this.

The rooms were very nice, very clean and very comfortable. We had an issue with a dodgy guy trying to get past us at the key locked front entrance on the ground floor (the doors take a little too long to close at night). We told the guy at the reception desk and he took my wifes concerns about our car being parked outside (the dodgy guy watched us park by the university and followed us). The hotel staff were kind enough to allow us to park in the staff car parking for the night which was very much appreciated.
