We arrived to find that they have put us up in an unsatisfactory room (it was a disabled room and we didn't require it) the staff immediately relocated us, and upgraded us to a river view room. The parking had been pre-booked but had gotten lost in the system, however this was remedied immediately.

Whenever I'm in Perth for business near the University and Hospitals I love to stay here. The rooms are well appointed with high ceilings and huge windows overlooking the river.The staff were all very helpful and super accomodating. When visiting in August 2026, I found the restaurant a little hit and miss. Breakfast was excellent but some dishes on the dinner menu seemed to have lost their way from the menu descriptions.

The team at reception were exceptionally accommodating and hospitable. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always responsive to any issue or question. The room was clean and orderly, the bed was very comfortable and the stay was great. The only less that great feedback is about the restaurant on site. A big group of 10 of us decided to stay in for dinner due to the rain and we didn't have a booking (which we told them). They did accept our group provided for us but added while we were seated, "next time you need to book in advance". This was an unnecessary additional when it comes to hospitality and made what would have been a great experience a little dull - did not need a guilt trip. Every customer is of benefit to any establishment. But I will circle back to the hotel itself! It was smashing! Highly recommend.

Hotel was well located, however this is where it ends. Very tired furnishing, not restock daily- had to ask each time for tea and coffee, loud smashing doors and drunken behavior not addressed by patrons. Would not stay there ahain.

A brilliant location for anyone looking to visit the area that doesn't want to be in the CBD. The hotel is clean and tidy with modern and comfy rooms which are serviced regularly. All the staff were helpful and the views across the river are fantastic.
