No one from concierge could service and take our bag to the room and back. No complimentary parking considering the stay isn’t cheap and might I add (4 star). The keys for the rooms did not work and we needed to go to front desk to fix every time. Some of the breakfast options were not fresh. The fridge stock of cheese was old and hard, veggies also appeared old and sitting there for a while. Halloumi dish served with brown avocado spread and mushy tomatoes.

Clean spacious rooms and friendly staff. Overall good value for money. 2 things disappointed me: 1 laundry service - after inquiring I took my laundry to the reception on Saturday around mid- day, understanding that it will only be done the following day. When I didn’t receive them back on Monday and went to inquire I was told that there is no laundry service on the weekends or public holidays (Monday, 28 Sept was a public holiday). Firstly that was never explained to me when I handed the laundry over and next, in all my travels I’ve never heard of such - international travelers, such as myself, require laundry service and may not have the luxury of having the clothes not cleaned over a weekend, especially if Perth is not the 1st point of travel in the itinerary, as in my case. Next, I had to speak to the receptionist to indicate that I need my room cleaned every morning - the clean my room had clearly flown off the handle due to the strong winds, which was the 2nd day after I checked in, causing housekeeping to not come in for 2 days. On the 1st day I was still in the room when they came in as I was trying to beat jet lag. But this was promptly addressed from day 3, after I spoke to the receptionist. Point is that there needs to be a different way of communicating that the room is ready for housekeeping - because of Perth’s windy conditions, the hanging door sign isn’t the most appropriate, clearly

We arrived having flown from the UK to Perth for a funeral. We had booked a room with 2 beds as we were travelling with our daughter, so we had made a special request for an extra bed. There was no extra bed in our room and the front desk told us that he couldn't find a spare bed for us at that time at night (9pm)so we had to get family to drop a camp bed off to us. Later when we approached the front desk to ask for extra pillows, sheets and towels (as there were only enough for two people) were we told that he couldn't find anything as it "was late". So we asked if our daughter was expected to sleep without a duvet for the night, we were eventually given spares. We were only given 2 bottles of (refillable) water on the first night and our water wasn't replenished at all even after asking several times. Same issue with coffee cups and glasses so we didn't have anything to drink out of. The front desk watched my daughter and I struggle with heavy bags across the reception without offering to help. The only good things were the comfy beds and the breakfast was very good. This is an expensive hotel that needs to brush up on its hospitality and customer service. I would not stay here again.

I had to return home to the east coast due to a family emergency. I had just checked in and ask to cancel the 2nd night. They told me to send a email which I did . I still haven’t heard back and I have been charged for the 2 nights . Very poor communication and management on behalf of the All Accor team

It's a lovely hotel and I loved the layout and look of my room. Sadly I was on level one facing the road and the traffic noise so intrusive that it interfered with my sleep to a very large degree. I got up multiple times during the night to see if a window had been left open - they were fully closed. I had overheard that the hotel was at capacity when I checked in, so by 4am on my first night I was googling the availability of other hotels in the area. I had made my first call to request another room by 6am. I asked multiple times if another room was available in case someone had cancelled. Btw mine was not a last minute booking, I booked months in advance. My friend who booked at the same time was on level two facing the road and had no concerns. I just drew the short straw. It seemed as if the traffic noise was a known issue and upgrades were given - if only another room had been available. As a consumer, it seems to me that being able to sleep comfortably is the primary purpose of a hotel room. No amount of loving look of the room or the nice meals can compensate for not being able to sleep well. The tiredness affected my alertness and enjoyment of the choir performance that was the purpose of my trip.

We were given the wrong room with no explanation and told we could move to the better booked room the next day which did not happen. When asked to be reimbursed, we were told that they may give us sone points instead. So we paid for a better room then we stayed in fir no reason and no compensation after multiple requests

Our experience started poorly as the hotel reception was difficult to locate after driving in. The entrance itself was incredibly underwhelming and felt like a confusing rabbit warren due to a total lack of clear signage. The property does not feel welcoming, and the lifts felt low-quality, small, and noisy. Navigating from the car park to our underground room required using two separate lifts with very confusing directions. Fortunately, we received a generous upgrade. The actual room was lovely, beautifully serviced, and offered spectacular views. However, there were some frustrating design flaws: the bathroom shower felt like a basic gym shower with water temperatures that were hard to regulate, and the room's coffee machine was physically too tall to fit under the tap to be filled with water. The overall vibe of the property is quite oppressive due to heavy fencing. Leaving was just as stressful, as we had to wait to be buzzed into the car park and then rush to exit before the automated gates locked us in. Ultimately, while the room itself was excellent, the restrictive environment and poor layout made the stay feel more like a prison than a relaxing hotel experience.

Was a little disappointed with our stay. Service was not up to expectations - room was not service completely and required us to call the front desk at 3:30pm to have towels sent up and have our coffee and tea bags replenished. We were also told that we needed to go down to level 1 to refill our water bottle. Finally there was a food tray left outside of another room for two days with leftover food attracting insects. There was also food bags and water bottles left uncollected. Not a good look for an Accor hotel.

Lovely location. However we were disappointed that we had to ask for our entitled benefits. We were not upgraded and at check in was not reminded that our rate included breakfast - so we missed out. It would have been nice if we were told that our check out time has been extended. Instead we had to ask. So all in all .. nice hotel .. good amenities. As for our room - it will be good to be given 2 hand towels and face towels instead of one and instructions on how to use the coffee machine .

I had to ask 3 times to get the invoice and receipt for my stay. On a minor note, why aren't vanity kits available on request. Can understand not providing items that may be wasteful, but don't understand why they're not available on request

Lovely facilities / rooms. There were only a few visible guests - but the staff appeared inexperienced or they were short staffed. Very Average breakfast. Rooms didn’t have any blanket in the cupboards. The only tea was peppermint & green. No sugar - only equal. These are small basic items I would have expected in any hotel. And they make a difference. It’s not hard.

I have stayed at your hotel before and was looking forward to dining in, but the restaurant was closed for both lunch and dinner. It would have been to know beforehand so I could plan. Otherwise, the room was excellent, and the location was just what I needed. The cleaning was a high standard but one day was missed because of a misunderstanding. The "make up the room" sign needs to be heavier so it doesn't get blown away by the breezeways.
