Wonil Hotel Perth - Handwritten Collection

Wonil Perth is a boutique hotel and Accor's Handwritten Collection brand debut. The name 'Wonil' was used by First Nations Noongar and translates to 'Peppermint Tree'. The Peppermint Tree is a traditional medicinal tree that grows along the banks of the Swan River. The Wonil provides a space for guests and locals to live, work, and play in harmony through sustainable and locally sourced cuisine, multi functional spaces, and outdoor areas.

Hotel and rooms was lovely, except the wind whistling through the front door was bad. There were gaps around and at the bottom of the door. With >70km in Perth it was not pleasant. Also there were, not enough staff woring in the kitchen and floor for breakfast. The staff tried their hardest, but only 1 person in the kitchen and 2 on the floor for breakfast on a Sunday morning was a bit much for them.
