Appalling service at check in. Told when booking that all rooms overlook Kings Park, yet my view was of the airconditioning centre of the building opposite. Scuffed walls, worn fixtures, filthy grout and chipped tiles in the bathroom... such a disappointment.

The staff has been very sweet in giving me a park view room with high floor I loved the water stations, please increase the number of jugs or the capacity of each The room is very tight I loved that the whole wall is glass that was satisfying
