Hotel was nice, just the bathroom in 814. The furnishings are looking very tired, water damaged to the sink unit, not so tidy tiles - everything works its just starting to look untidy.

I’ve stayed at Tribe multiple times now, and unfortunately the experience has been consistently disappointing. The only reason I return is due to its convenient location near Kings Park when other hotels are fully booked. While the rooms are decent and the location is great, the service is consistently poor. Staff often come across as dismissive and unhelpful, and simple questions are rarely handled properly. There’s always some kind of excuse or unnecessary attitude instead of straightforward assistance. The check-in and check-out policy is also frankly ridiculous, a 2pm check-in and 11am check-out is extremely restrictive and feels like poor value for money, especially when combined with slow or unaccommodating service. It makes the overall experience feel rushed and inconvenient. Having stayed at other hotels in Perth like QT and The Adnate, the difference in service quality is very noticeable. This level of hospitality just doesn’t meet expectations. Until there is a serious improvement in staff professionalism and overall customer experience, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Clear, accurate communication and genuine, helpful service should be a basic expectation, and I regret that we fell short in these areas.
