I’m pleased that we provided everything you needed for your overnight stay and particularly that you enjoyed our room service, complimentary filtered water and breakfast. Your 100/100 scores across so many areas of your experience are greatly appreciated. I was, however, particularly concerned by your comments regarding our telephone service. The fact that you have attempted to contact Reception on multiple occasions across different stays, including when transferred through Accor, and have been unable to get through is clearly unacceptable. We have recently identified issues with our telephone system and are currently investigating a longer-term solution. Your feedback reinforces the importance of getting this resolved. I also acknowledge your comments regarding the temperature of rooms with significant window exposure and the difficulty cooling them during the day. This is another area we are actively reviewing.
