Dear J., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologise for the experience you encountered during your stay with us. Having read your comments, I can completely understand why you left feeling disappointed and frustrated, particularly given the circumstances surrounding your arrival and the interactions you experienced with our Front Office team. What concerns me most is your account of arriving to a dark room with a chair obstructing the entry, resulting in you falling upon entering. Regardless of any operational challenges we may have been experiencing at the time, your safety and wellbeing should have been our immediate priority, and I am genuinely sorry that you did not receive the care, concern and professionalism you had every right to expect from us. I am equally disappointed to learn that your arrival lacked the warmth and welcome that should be the hallmark of every guest experience. Whilst system issues may explain certain operational difficulties, they should never excuse poor service or a failure to engage with our guests in a courteous and caring manner. In addition, the issues you experienced throughout your stay, including missing amenities, in-room communication failures, confusion surrounding your late check-out request, and the perceived value of elements included within your package, demonstrate a series of shortcomings that collectively impacted your stay. I do appreciate your positive comments regarding our café team, and I will ensure this recognition is shared with them. However, it is clear that we fell well short of expectations in several critical areas, particularly those involving communication, attention to detail and guest care. Please be assured that your feedback has been shared with the relevant department leaders and will form part of our ongoing training and review processes. Whilst I am pleased to hear you enjoyed our convenient location, friendly team and found our beds exceptionally comfortable, I am sincerely sorry that aspects of cleanliness impacted your overall experience. Your comments regarding mould in the bathroom, glass presentation and the condition of the carpeted corridors are concerning and certainly not reflective of the standards we strive to maintain. Dear Mr S., Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback regarding your recent stay at TRIBE Perth Kings Park. Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologise that your experience did not meet the standards you rightfully expect as a valued Accor Silver member. While I appreciate your recognition of the hotel’s unique character and the cleanliness of the room, I am genuinely disappointed to read about the number of issues you encountered throughout your stay. I regret the discomfort caused by the lack of effective heating within the room and understand how frustrating this would have been, particularly during the cooler evenings. Your comments regarding the shower drainage issue are equally concerning, especially as the matter was reportedly not resolved during your stay after being raised with our team. This is not the level of follow-through we aim to deliver. I am also sorry that your requests regarding late check-out and attempts to contact Reception were not handled appropriately. Clear communication and responsiveness from our team are critical elements of the guest experience, and on this occasion we clearly fell short. In addition, I appreciate your candid feedback regarding breakfast. We understand the importance of providing a quality and varied offering, particularly for our Accor loyalty members, and I regret that the selection and presentation did not meet your expectations. Please be assured that your comments have been shared with the relevant department leaders for immediate review and follow-up, particularly regarding room maintenance, heating functionality, breakfast quality, and service responsiveness.
