VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Poor customer service skills. Takes very long to reply in the e-mail as if ignoring issues. They charged me 2 weeks after my check out out of nowhere in the credit card with a lost bike fee claiming that I have not returned bike when in fact I returned and endorsed the bike. In addition, my security deposit and first night holding fee was still not returned up to this day Be warned! Avoid going to this hotel at all cost!

Modern urban fell and affordable

The hotel is just outside the CBD, with a modern relaxed vibe. The standard room was clean, compact, well designed with no waste of space and with lovely views. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I appreciate that my Platinum status was recognised with free parking, free breakfast, welcome gift and drink vouchers. Plenty of desks to work remotely from the lobby. I'll definitely stay there again.

Our room had a noisey air conditioner which we reported to reception. The maintenance man looked at it and told us he was unable to fix it and that it was unlikely that we would be able to move as there would not be any park view rooms available. As a result we had to sleep in a stuffy hot room each night as we were unable to sleep with the noise. Additionally we were out of the room from 10 am to approx 9pm and the room had not been serviced. We had to get our own towels and coffee pods. Not sure why more of each was mot provided.

I had a good experience with Tribe Perth King Park. First day I had a problem with my roaming, not able to access internet on my phone. The reception Thai girl recommended me where to buy a SIM card and she also help me to process everything till I can use internet on my phone. That’s very appropriate. Thank you!
