The sink leaked in the bathroom, as soon as the tap was turned on. The shower head didn’t stay up to shower properly.

The rooms are tiny and the cleaning was mediocre

Dear Jane, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay at TRIBE Perth Kings Park. Whilst I appreciate your comments regarding our convenient location, I was very disappointed to learn that several aspects of your stay did not meet expectations, particularly in relation to room cleanliness and presentation. Please accept my sincere apologies for the frustration caused. Your comments regarding housekeeping standards are concerning and have been shared directly with our Housekeeping team for immediate review and follow-up. We fully agree that rooms should be consistently reset and cleaned thoroughly during servicing, and I regret this was not your experience. I also appreciate your feedback regarding room size. As part of the TRIBE brand concept, our rooms are intentionally designed to be compact, smart and functional, however I understand this may not suit every traveller’s preference. In relation to the $100 pre-authorisation deposit, please note that release timeframes can vary depending on your financial institution, though generally funds are released automatically within several business days following departure. I've stayed a number of times at Tribe for both personal and business purposes. The only gripe is the aircon cannot be switched off, leaving the room fairly cold throughout the night, which is rather disappointing.

The room however small was functional for one person. The shower drain was blocked causing me to turn the shower off to avoid flooding the room.
