I stayed for a 9 day business trip. Having the kitchenette and laundry facilities made life very easy. The gym is better than you will find in almost any hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. It is centrally located so I was able to walk or get a short cab ride to wherever I needed to go. The staff were all exceptional, they couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. I will absolutely stay again when I am back in Perth.

Located close to free cat bus that goes into the city. Walking distance to Kings Park. The rooms themselves have everything you need. Except food. Great team too. Parking is secure and on property.

I had a really enjoyable stay at The Sebel West Perth Aire Apartments. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well presented, and the location was very convenient for getting around Perth. The facilities had everything I needed and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was smooth from check-in through to departure. On arrival rather than just taking a credit hold for incidentals they actually take the funds and refund at the end. Not a big one but means extra admin for customers who then need to do additional expense reports to explain. Only there for two nights but housekeeping forgot to make up my room. It’s the one true pleasure of staying away from home a lot is coming back to the hotel to a clean room.

However, we completely understand that this should have been clearly explained to you upon arrival, so you were aware that the bond would be processed as a payment and refunded at the end of your stay, rather than simply being placed on a credit hold. We appreciate your feedback and will ensure our team communicates this more clearly to guests going forward. We are also very sorry that your room was not serviced during your two-night stay. We understand that returning to a clean and refreshed room is an important part of staying at a hotel, particularly for guests who travel frequently. Everything is good Except it's kinda disturbing when the staff open our door at 940am on the day of our check out day which we can supposed to check out at 10am or 11am latest

Check in was straight forward and the staff answered all my questions. The room was clean and tidy, warm and inviting. The people taking care of the rooms did a fantastic job to freshen it up on a daily basis which I appreciated so much. The facilities were great - Gym was great for keeping up my fitness regime and Pool was nice to chill out in when I got a little time. Coffee machine at the entrance was a nice touch if you were in a rush and couldn’t afford to stop at a cafe on your way to work.

I stay here for a week each month. The location is convenient for my business needs. I have booked my next stay elsewhere because the price does not reflect value. Pillows are needing replacement and have been that way for many months. There are other minor bits and pieces that need attention. One example is water bottles are provided sometimes but not every time I stay. Balcony door does not lock in the last 2 rooms I stayed in. I’m sorry I have had to choose elsewhere. I’m giving you this feedback because you asked for it. I will stay again sometime in the future if you are competitively priced. I will be happy to provide feedback next time if things have changed.
