The fact that Tribe Auckland was located in a very convenient location, opp to the train station, and easy to walk around to the places I needed to go. Customer service staff was very helpful, I got texts from WhatsApp before, and during my stay. The room was new, quiet and clean, ventilation was good. What I enjoyed most was that there's a self service water station on each floor. That's important for people like me as I drink a lot of water, tea and coffee. Happy to stay again next time!

A very unusual place. They try hard with the modern cons like electric blinds and art house foyers but miss the point on many other things. Water station for refill of water bottle great idea, but no water glasses or wine glasses in the room. Digital clean room now available but ignored. Left the room for 3 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the afternoon with the clean room now please and no room make up or even clean towels. Advised the kitchen staff that the yoghurt was warm as there was no ice or cooling as it sat on the warm bench and they did nothing about it. And being so close to so many corporate businesses there is no decent desk in the room rather a half side table in the room. The lovely enthusiastic evening manager he is a total asset to the business.
