This little hotel has so much going for it - great position, friendly staff, industrial feel (reception area), and budget friendly. Budget friendly doesn’t mean, items not working, deteriorating furniture, and institution looking furnishing and fittings. It could be so much better - with just a little bit of $$ spent.

Great location in the middle of the city, close to everything, Coffee Club just next door for breakfast. A 5/10 minute walk to/from the Intercity bus stop. The shower is a wet bathroom so don't leave clothes in there when having a shower or they will get wet. Need blackout curtains or all of Auckland City will shine through the gaps.

Surprisingly good for the price and location. Clean, small, and fine. Only one lift working, so some times there are long waits.

Room old style, not comfortable

The room is old fashioned and old stuff like cabinets and bed. The bathroom is small, shower wets the whole bathroom floor. The TV has 4 useless and random channels. Not pleasant place to stay. Will report to my company to remove this hotel from list of recommended places to stay.
