This was an urgent overnight stay due to a cancelled flight. The location is excellent, in the heart of Queen street, shopping and food on your doorstep. The room was basic but clean, and had opening windows for fresh air, and a great hot shower, comfortable bed and pillow. Would stay there again for sure

My Room on the 15th Floor, with outstanding views from the balcony and kitchen windows, was the best I have had in all of my stays.ALL the staff were helpful,courteous and caring, as usual.As an 89 year old I could not ask for better hospitality and treatment.I will have another mini holiday here later this year.

This hotel was so run down, there was a step up into the bathroom, there was no wardrobe for clothes and no space to put anything: ended up checking out early then waiting ages for the lift as 1 or the 2 was broken. I will never stay here again
