Rest assured that the Head Housekeeper has been informed of your comment regarding the cleanliness of the room and she has spoken to her entire team since to remind them of the importance of immaculate cleaning, without singling out the room attendant on your floor. Excellent location in the centre of Auckland. Handy to most amenities with bars and restaurants in easy walking distance and close to railway station and the ferry.

good location, room was very small. no desk. curtains were worn and faded (holes in it). Milk provided had expired and the room was very aged.
