I have had trouble with ,my room key the past three visits. This has resulted in me needing to come up and down stairs a lot and is an irritation. Also, the kitchen was woefully ill equipped. there is a stove but no pans or plates or cutlery. If they exist they are hard to find. I recognise this is a budget hotel and really can accept that but maybe remove the stove? Also, a small reading light by the bed or a switch to turn the main light off would be a massive upgrade. I mostly find your front desk staff a bit uninterested in customers. Having said all that, I will be coming back as the room rate is great for the location. Cheers

great location near downtown Auckland and Viaduct. small but well laid out rooms with the kitchenette which was useful need to ask for cutlery at reception- a tip

It was small, but clean and the bed was comfortable. Some of the staff could be friendlier, but they helped us when we asked. Also the person on duty on the day of our arrival allowed us to drop our luggage.

There is not enough space to keep your belongings and the place to keep the dress was very congested and difficult to access - need to step on a stool to take the dresses
