I stayed here for 3 nights for a work trip. The hotel is pretty dated, but reasonably maintaned. However, they seem to have a big hygiene problem - there were dusty old spiderwebs in the ceiling corners, and on the last morning, as I was packing and preparing to check out, a cockroach came out from under the bed and ran up the bed frame!! I reported this to the reception immediately and was told they would reach out to me with compensation. Haven't heard from anyone so far. AVOID unless you want to share a room with pest!

The hotel in itself was very nice. The lifts seem to need some maintenance as I would call the lift, it would come to the floor I was on but the doors would not open. What I found impractical was the car park which I paid for but ended up not using. I stayed at the hotel alone with my 5 month old daughter. To use the car park I would have had to park the car on the street, get into the hotel, get a badge and then back to the car. This is all fine to do if you are just adults or if one adult can stay in the car but me being alone with my baby I would have had to get her out of the car and back in and that was just very impractical for me.

Closer to the Congress center. Public transport is easily affordable. Cheap compared to other places. Decent rooms and service.

This hotel is well located, with a restaurant on site. Staff is very friendly and they accept dogs. They do offer parking (for a fee) but it's in a building next door and the logistics to get the key to that parking is the opposite of convenient. Instead of giving me a pass for the parking I had to physically come to the counter EVERY time I needed to enter or exit the parking. I recommend trying to park on the street.

Heating system was horriable; one romm had zero and other one controls were not working , They extra heater when asked for kids which was not enough but no effort to look to the problems at both rooms

We enjoyed our stay here! The hotel was nice and conveniently located to the local transit. The staff was nice and we ate breakfast here daily. There are games and other things to do in the lobby. Some of the bartenders weren't super friendly, the rooms are so small you can't hardly open your suitcase, and we got charged more for having two people in a room which was strange but I think is normal in the area that you pay per occupant not just per room.

The breakfast area is very very small, there was a chaos every morning we have stayed. I think it is because the breakfast area and the sitting places are limited. Actually there is enough space but not very well accommodated for breakfast. It is like squeezed in a smaller place where people has to push others to reach something. Not a comfortable breakfast experience.

I liked pretty much everything about this hotel. Location is close to european institutions and rooms are quite nice and clean. Breakfasts were really tasty. I also liked how nice stuff were. In general i for sure would recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues.

A great stay of 3 days with my family (2 adults and 2 kids). All was clean in the room, the lobby is spacious and you can stay to play some board games, the breakfast is classic and good. In 15 min by tramway your in the city center to visit Strasbourg.

Okay. But a room close to the elevator was the first choice of the lady at the check-in counter (15.30 PM). After asking for a qiet room she offered an other room. Since we have been a few times in this hotel and have a silver status ALL it leaves a tiny unpleasant feeling. Maybe the lady was an apprentiice.

A very mixed experience; nice enough hotel, quite enjoyed the funky interior look and games available, but a miserable staff member on the front desk (all i heard her doing was arguing with or getting heated at guests asking questions during our stay there) and a bathroom sliding door that nearly wouldn’t let us out again made for a less relaxing stay! Plus, we’d asked for a baby cot bed in the room on the online booking form, but this request hadn’t made it to the hotel. The miserable front desk lady basically just wanted to argue that we hadn’t requested it rather than doing anything to help, so that was that. It was only when i came back down and spoke to another really lovely helpful young lady that she sorted a cot straight away for us, credit to her :) Breakfast was also a bit fraught, very busy for the small area to collect food from, so the queues were quite long, though they did go down towards the end, and the food itself was nice enough.

J'ai appelé 2 fois avant pe vérifier que vs preniez les chèques vacances connect et la réponse était oui. Sur place on m'a dit que non et j'ai du payer en CB. L'échange avec la personne de l'accueil ne m'a pas du tt satisfait.
