I love staying at Pullmans, however the breakfast is a bit of a let down, maybe if you had a menu, in stead of a buffet that would be better, then the food would come out hot. The staff are really helpful and very professional. The cleaning i will just say is ok, but probably just not quite up to the standard that we have been accustomed to at Pullmans, there are no utensils or plates in the room. I guess the main thing is the delivery of food is lacking.
