From 3 days prior to staying and to checkout everything was great. Staff were brilliant and attended to everything I needed. Room was fantastic. Clean, modern, bed and pillows were very comfortable. Will stay there again in a heartbeat.

I booked online, thought it was the Pullman not a broker, arrivial was fine, wife got sick so I hot her toast from the cafe (cooked on one side only) went to Marcel for dinner by myself. Service was very slow, my steak cooked great but the most fat I have ever had on a Sirlion. Had to wait a while again to order desert then more time to get it. Finished dinner not asked how it was just put bill on ,y room. Next morning breakfast in Cafe, asked for toast to be cooked both sides and got flat squashed toast. Went to reception to book out given Invoice and was paid from previous information. At home I checked my bank and found I was overcharged $27.39. I am waiting for my bank to finalise the transaction bedire I did anything.
