Nous sommes néanmoins sincèrement désolés d’apprendre ce qui est arrivé à votre véhicule. Pour information, notre établissement dispose effectivement d’un parking sécurisé, accessible uniquement sur réservation, et situé directement à l’hôtel. Il est distinct du parking public "Estacade", qui ne dépend malheureusement pas de notre gestion. Quant au quartier, bien qu’il puisse parfois donner une impression mitigée, il reste très central et vivant, ce qui est apprécié par de nombreux voyageurs. Nous comprenons toutefois votre ressenti et le regrettons.
