The hotel offers standard features for its category, with a special note for the reception staff who were very nice and helpful. The hotel is close to shops and the quays, we enjoyed our stay there for 2 nights. If you change the door closing system o make it silent, that would be a great improvement!

I came back to my room from work door widely opened with the bag of trash on the floor. It was left unfinished cleaning by the cleaner. Imagine if someone took my stuff. It was horrible.

Well located hotel and good and friendly service at the reception. Room well cleaned and spacious enough. Only downside is the low noise insulation from the door side, elevator and people walking on the floor hall were audible.

Near the train station but this made the location a bit scary especially at night. The hotel is undergoing restoration and there was a smell of paint everywhere. Breakfast was basic but ok and the room clean. The bathroom though had a weird smell and the shower was not cleaned properly so we didn't use it as we were staying for only one night. The staff was welcoming and kind and there is also a play room with games and books you can spend your time at. Also luggage storage availyfor free.
