This is a well located place near the station. Staff is friendly but the online price is different from final price and breakfast not included despite showing it was included. Had to pay more. Second time it happens

No fresh air

It was not possible to open the windows! The air conditioner was automated and it was impossible to change its speed or degree. There were no cards available to say "please do not disturb". Cleaning people were coming when I was still in the room! Awful! I would never go there again

Nice stay overall, however a few things to be mentioned. Soap not available in the shower, only available near the sink. I was asked to pay for the city tax at the reception, while it was mentioned in the reservation that no amount is to be paid at the hotel. However, the receptionist hasn't finally invoiced the amount when I've shown him the reservation, and has upgraded the room as a compensation. There is also a discrepancy regarding the check-out time. At the reception I was asked to leave the room at 11am, while in the reservation it was mentioned 12pm.

Nous avions également pris en compte vos remarques notamment concernant la propreté de la chambre. Toutes vos remarques ont été transmises aux responsables des services concernés afin d’assurer un service constant à nos clients et leur satisfaction. Nous sommes navrés que votre séjour n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Nous avions changé les toilettes de la chambre 309.
