It was a very good experience for staying at mercure alpotel. Very clean and very good breakfast. Every staff was helpful and polite, especially the staff in 1st floor breakfast room.

Christopher - I am somewhat conflicted in my survey input. I travel 100+ days per year (a small percentage at all-Accor hotels) and, unfortunately, we had a one of a kind issue with this hotel. My wife and I discovered bedbug bites all over our torsos while staying and, upon notifying the staff, were met with a reaction indicating judgement on us for the notification. I will stop there but the one thing we emphasized was the room we were staying in would need to be fully disinfected but we’re left with the feeling that nothing would be done and others after us would suffer. Sorry for the unfortunate feedback. Kevin Q.

I found the bedroom to be far too warm to get a good night's sleep. I borrowed a fan from the front desk which helped but only circulated warm air. Apparently you had switched the rooms HVAC system to heating but the weather was still warm. Please reconsider when you make the switch from cooling to heating.
