As a 4-star hotel, I have high expectations. The property is wonderful and the room was very well appointed. However, I had 2 issues: (1) the shower in my room had a broken faucet that I reported in the morning but was never fixed during my 2-day stay on a weekday, and (2) my colleague indicated she had to leave the next day but was told that she would be charged for the room because it was after the 6pm cut-off time to make changes. I had 5 employees staying at this property on a business trip and this lack of flexibility, even as an exception for business travel, does not make me want to send my employees there in the future (the hotel was not full). The staff were very nice otherwise.

We had an excellent 3 night stay. The room was beautiful as is the hotel. The staff from check in, manager and bar were so helpful and very friendly and found a way to help us with all our requests. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Gabriella from Australia

I reserved by phone and was told the hotel didn't have a parking for my car but somebody from the hotel would take care of the car when we arrived. When we arrived late at night l was told the hotel would not do it but l could go in a public parking 3 blocks away and walk back, in the rain, in a very unsafe dark area of a city l didn't know. The only solution was to leave the car on the curb and l was told l would get a ticket and the cops might even tow away the car. We had to sleep wondering if we would still have a car in the morning. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. SHAME ON YOU PARK HOTEL
