Warm welcome as usual, professional as usual BUT our room was extremely noisy (clim or heating system) making our night ... a nightmare

We were so pleased with our experience at this hotel - from check in to check out. The rooms are beautiful with all the amenities you need. The staff was gracious in helping me use the Nespresso machine. 😁 Food from the restaurant and breakfast buffet was delicious. Highly recommend. In a great location too.

High expectations not met

As a 4-star hotel, I have high expectations. The property is wonderful and the room was very well appointed. However, I had 2 issues: (1) the shower in my room had a broken faucet that I reported in the morning but was never fixed during my 2-day stay on a weekday, and (2) my colleague indicated she had to leave the next day but was told that she would be charged for the room because it was after the 6pm cut-off time to make changes. I had 5 employees staying at this property on a business trip and this lack of flexibility, even as an exception for business travel, does not make me want to send my employees there in the future (the hotel was not full). The staff were very nice otherwise.

Concernant le problème signalé, nous regrettons profondément que la réparation n'ait pas été effectuée pendant votre séjour. Cela ne reflète pas le niveau de service que nous souhaitons offrir. Pour ce qui est de la politique d'annulation et de modification, celle-ci est dictée par le groupe Accor et ne peut être modifiée à notre niveau. Nous comprenons votre frustration et ferions remonter vos remarques cependant afin d'améliorer l'expérience de nos clients. Votre retour est précieux pour nous aider à mieux répondre à vos attentes.
