We would like to inform you that our hotel is being renovated from June 30, 2025 to March 15, 2026. Noise will occur between 9am and 5pm. Our restaurant is now completely renovated, come and discover our new concept A l'Epicerie!

Everything is rationalized (Extra Coffee sticks need to be begged at the reception every day, heater is capped, limited choice at breakfast.... Feels that everything is designed for savings for the company at the cost of the customer. Not a good feeling to stay there. No comfort feel.

The hotel should declare to guests upon booking that renovations are underway so guests have a choice. The reception staff were very inexperienced as I had booked a taxi through the reception desk however the staff had no clue where I should wait for the taxi. The driver eventually had to park away from the hotel and walk to reception to announce himself. Further to that upon returning to the hotel with a colleague who hooked parking at the hotel parking, we could not find the parking as the roads were under construction . We drove around several minutes trying various routes and eventually had to stop adjacent to the hotel and come into the main reception to ask for directions to the parking. Lastly the room did not have a complimentary bottle of water which is standard in most hotels . Not a great experience and will not be returning to this hotel
