Hotel was clean and tidy and staff where friendly, the hotel is located next to Grenoble Railway Station, my stay was pleasant, The breakfast offer was a bit chaotic, one morning no coffee machines where working and the food availability was low as the staff where too busy making coffee

I have stayed for 2 nights and location was good. Staff is helpful. Breakfast is moderate. Rooms were very cold and didn't heated at all. There weren't a desk nor mini refrigerator. It was fine to as it was a fast business trip, however, the hotel does not look like 4 stars.

The shower was disaster, I have wrote to cleaner to fix it but didn't do anything, the bath tub gets blocked and the water is not flowing down quickly.
