Very bad experience

Luckily it was only 2 nights. Location is OK, but hard to find as it's on a "no exit" street (which has some construction going on in April/May 2022). The whole building needs some serious renovation, the carpets and the walls have huge stains, lift is old, the corridors smell really bad, probably from the other guests cooking. The apartment is good size but looks completely different from the fotos on the website as it's really old inside, the walls are peeling off, and the curtains smells bad. Seriously, I cannot think of a worse stay in my 15 years living in Europe (even on "lower standard" countries, which I come from and have been several times for work, it's hard to think of a bigger disappointment). The parking didn't accept my car (a normal station wagon, which was said to be too big) so I needed to go park 10 minutes from there. I didn't try the breakfast as they were charging 15 EUR per person/day, including my 4 years old son (and after the shock when I entered the room I was kinda happy I didn't have to eat their food, especially at 45 EUR/day).

Room is nice, staff is friendly, breakfast is Ok. Negatives: Shower/bathtub is much too narrow to the point of being unpleasant. Carpet on ground floor towards the elevator is filthy.

The room was fine, bed was comfortable. However, when I entered the room I was met with a weird smell that didn't go away for the entirety of my smell. I think perhaps it was the carpet, or coming from the vents.

The hotel was very dirty and no parking space could be provided, although it is advertised. Housekeeping was not carried out due to "Covid-19", that is incomprehensible.

very nice welcome at reception close to GEM very calm location all functioning properly good to have a car park, even if expensive and difficult to access should change the carpet, offer cleaning more regularly and have a proper standing shower

The appartment has good size, and propose all I need for a stay of 2 nights. The interior was not really clean : the carpeting needs a real wash One door (of the room) was blocked in the position half-closed, the bathroom furniture was kind of rag. The air conditioning makes too much noise, and I'm not sure it was functional. On the bed, there was just a light fitted sheet, but no cover under it.

Very helpful staff on the reception desk with easy and safe check-in. Good quite location, close to the city centre. The room was nice but a little dusty (lamp shades, desk light etc) unlike my previous stay.

I was there for almost two weeks during November 2018. I thought the price was a little bit high for a apparthotel, but I was wishing to give it a try. Nevermore. I'll start pointing out some pros followed by all the cons.Pros: - Sauna and gym available. Nothing too fancy, but clean enough to be used.- Generally friendly staff. Cons:- The room is half covered by carpeted floor. As some other comments said in this webpage, it had more stains than a crime scene.- VERY NOISY. People suffering from light sleep will have a lot of problems dealing with the intense fan placed in the bathroom. It sounds almost as a reactor engine and even with all doors closed it can be clearly heard from the bed. There is NO WAY to disconnect it, I requested that with no luck. The electrical leads box is placed WITHIN the room. The noise is sometimes also kind of disturbing. I had to switch it off more than once to get some sleep.- HORRIBLE Internet. This is the BIGGEST complaint I had. I stayed in the hotel for business and had to work a lot of nights after dinner. The Wi-Fi connection is just painfully slow and most of time times was directly useless. I ended up using my one phone data for most of the important tasks I had to do, which left me wondering why am I paying so much for this room. I must say also that there is very poor management of the connection itself. For three different days the Wi-Fi just fall down altogether and nothing would work. Receptionist was completely clueless about it and told me to ask for compensations next morning. What a joke.- By internal policy you only get new bedsheets, towels and general cleaning once a week. On Sunday and only Sunday. Regardless of how convenient was for me, cleaning ladies HAD to come at 1100 on Sunday and disturb me during working time. No availability on Monday or Saturday, not even Sunday evening.- Pillows are pretty slim and uncomfortable for people with difficulties to sleep. After a week I thought my neck was about to snap every time I woke up. I asked for thicker pillows but "No, can't do".- Small detail: shower has a weird geometry that does not cover you entirely which makes all the water spill outside. I don't know who came with the idea of such unpractical bathtubes.All in all I left the hotel with a very bad bitter taste in my mouth. I paid a bit less than 60 euro per night overall, and after two weeks I was wishing I never had stayed there. Poor internet and bad sleep.Find somewhere else.
