Room was generally good, i had stayed before. A bit of attention needed, The cover for the duvet was torn and seemed to have been fitted by staff knowing that it was already torn. Shower head come off a few times and needs head or more likely hose replaced. Paint on window shelf was gone by the window by what seems to be water damage.

I had been staying here, multiple times, since 10yrs. Overall an average stay and location is good for proximity to tram; Gar. But not safe in dark. Apartments are nice looking but have been the same so since 10+ yrs (no change in furniture etc.) The service getting bad year by year. - Cleanup now reduced to 1 per week. - Lights in apartments were not good and only 1 small light was present in living room. - Toilet and washrooms are farther side of apartments and distant w.r.t., eachother. - only 1 towel n handkerchief were provided and when I asked for extra along with some moisturizer (which was not present in room), I was told that they are not 5 stars (may be told in light mood but they should provide more cleanup options). - breakfast options are average only limited to basic breads, fruits, coffee, boiled egg, sausages, yogart (looks large menu, but no so much, actually). Dry fruits are stale one and no live counters. Only thing, i like was yogurt, which is anyways speciality of Europe.

Je devais venir à Grenoble pour déménager mon fils. J'avais donc une voiture berline avec coffre de toit et une remorque. Au préalable par téléphone puis à mon arrivée, Sofiane de l'accueil m'a été d'une grande gentillesse et aidé pour garer en 2 fois la voiture et la remorque dans le parking en sous-sol avec ascenseur. We had a bumpy start to our stay here but all got fixed. This hotel has a few rooms with aircon. Not all rooms so be careful to check. Ours had aircon. They also kindly repaired it when it wasn’t working. Great views to Bastille and mountains. Excellent breakfast! Such a lovely breakfast host too. The staff are friendly and helpful. The laundry service is cheap under 10 euro to wash and dry a load. Grenoble is beautiful. The Carpark only works for medium sized suv or less. You have to use a car elevator. Super fun! It’s near the train station. Apparently a bit of crime in Grenoble so park car in garage for sure not street. We felt very safe there with our kids. The shower took a while to figure out and it did keep lowering in height. Low water pressure.
