I'm disappointed about my stay not because of the staff that was friendly but more about the hotel itself. The hotel is not located in a pleasant neighborhood. Room are clean but are showing signs of abuse (privacy curtains missing, some part of the wall being exposed). As a bonus, you get the smell of your neighbors' cooking whether you want it or not. Super expensive parking fees and you don't have the option to easily park close to the hotel. As an Accor Gold member I'm usually loyal but here I will avoid the hotel next time. I came for a business trip

Misleading advertising

The photographs on your website do not correspond to reality. Old facilities and broken furniture. We had a very bad feeling. At no time were we warned that the air conditioning was not working. I had a small child with me and the room was an oven! There were only two fans that made an awful noise. I asked at the reception to change rooms and they told me that it was not possible because they are all the same and without air conditioning. A total abuse of trust with the customer who books on your website. We left the same day of our stay due to the impossibility of being there and without any kind of refund from you. I have written to the hotel with this same complaint and they do not answer. You have a terrible treatment to the client, never again with a hotel of your chain.

Madame, Comme je vous ai répondu sur google.com, je vous ai fourni une réponse en vous expliquant que notre site était dépourvu de climatisation. J'ai même répondu à votre réclamation mais vous avez privilégié vos plaintes sur les différents sites sans vous préoccuper de ma réponse. Je vous conseille à l'avenir de ne pas vous baser sur les photos mais plutôt de vous concentrer sur les services proposer. Merci de votre compréhension. We spent one night. There was a strange smell on the corredor but room was fine. Parking was too expensive

Needs Maintenance

hotel needs Maintenance. The smell of the hallways is horrible. Either it is dirty of very poor quality material is used. The carpet of our room was stinky and full of stains. Looked like someone vomited on it few days before and it was not cleaned. The AC does not work and only one fan on a provided for a two piece suite.
