As it was extremely hot, the Air Conditioner after making it to 18 was even not working well and cooling the room, rest all the stay was good.

Well located, very close to the main train station. Kitchen is well equipped. However, seems the air-conditioning is quite weak, so it was hot during the night. Also, the boiler was with quite a lot of limestone.

I had an amazing time at Hipark. I stayed for 8 months during my school year at Grenoble. The rooms are super clean and nice. The staff is incredible and they completed every request. The best part was evening apéros on Wednesdays. Everything was very well managed and I had great stay, I’d recommend Hipark for everyone who wants to stay for a short term as well as long term.

Good apart hotel with good & calm location in Grenoble city

Ideal apart hotel for people, who will make their own brakefast, have some dinner in the room and live almost like at home. The garage is tight (especially the lift with bigger cars :-D), but it is nice to be able to park the car save. The room was clean and there was also a vacuum cleaner available to be able to clean while longer stays. Also ironing-equipment is on the room. Garbage can be emptied in a trash-room (I didn't know this the last time, that's why it wasn't mentioned in the last report as a good feature, but there is definitely one). So, as I wrote, almost like at home :-)! In the corridor of 8th floor it was smelling like cigarette-smoke, but became suddenly better/ almost good up from one day, but the room where not smelling like this. This is of course no issue related to the hotel; probably a hotel guest didn't keep the no-smoking-rules in the past. From one side there is beautiful view on the Bastille and a very good feature is the possibility to adjust / turn off the air conditioning. So one can stay healthy, if one became sick easily by air conditioning. The staff is very, very friendly and helpful, really excellent.

The hotel was very dirty from the moment I stepped in the entrance

I was surprised that Accor All would have this hotel on their app. I have used this app for a few years now and to me it means the hotels listed are to a certain standard. So I was surprised when I arrived to this hotel how dirty it was the carpets at the reception and hallway were covered with stains and this should have been enough of a warning for me. But it was late when I arrived so I couldn’t book something else. The room was just as dirty and there was no air conditioning only a fan. I booked it specifically because I wanted a/c it was over 30 degrees during the day and the nights were not much cooler. The A/C was not working I spoke to a staff member and was told the hotels a/c doesn’t work and the Accor ALL app shouldn’t have been advertised a/c. I was so disappointed but had no choice but to stay because I was told I couldn’t get a refund for the second night and I wasn’t prepared to lose that money plus try and find alternative accommodation. So disappointed with this hotel and with Accor ALL.

Very helpful staff on the reception desk with easy and safe check-in. Good quite location, close to the city centre. The room was nice but a little dusty (lamp shades, desk light etc) unlike my previous stay.

I was there for almost two weeks during November 2018. I thought the price was a little bit high for a apparthotel, but I was wishing to give it a try. Nevermore. I'll start pointing out some pros followed by all the cons.Pros: - Sauna and gym available. Nothing too fancy, but clean enough to be used.- Generally friendly staff. Cons:- The room is half covered by carpeted floor. As some other comments said in this webpage, it had more stains than a crime scene.- VERY NOISY. People suffering from light sleep will have a lot of problems dealing with the intense fan placed in the bathroom. It sounds almost as a reactor engine and even with all doors closed it can be clearly heard from the bed. There is NO WAY to disconnect it, I requested that with no luck. The electrical leads box is placed WITHIN the room. The noise is sometimes also kind of disturbing. I had to switch it off more than once to get some sleep.- HORRIBLE Internet. This is the BIGGEST complaint I had. I stayed in the hotel for business and had to work a lot of nights after dinner. The Wi-Fi connection is just painfully slow and most of time times was directly useless. I ended up using my one phone data for most of the important tasks I had to do, which left me wondering why am I paying so much for this room. I must say also that there is very poor management of the connection itself. For three different days the Wi-Fi just fall down altogether and nothing would work. Receptionist was completely clueless about it and told me to ask for compensations next morning. What a joke.- By internal policy you only get new bedsheets, towels and general cleaning once a week. On Sunday and only Sunday. Regardless of how convenient was for me, cleaning ladies HAD to come at 1100 on Sunday and disturb me during working time. No availability on Monday or Saturday, not even Sunday evening.- Pillows are pretty slim and uncomfortable for people with difficulties to sleep. After a week I thought my neck was about to snap every time I woke up. I asked for thicker pillows but "No, can't do".- Small detail: shower has a weird geometry that does not cover you entirely which makes all the water spill outside. I don't know who came with the idea of such unpractical bathtubes.All in all I left the hotel with a very bad bitter taste in my mouth. I paid a bit less than 60 euro per night overall, and after two weeks I was wishing I never had stayed there. Poor internet and bad sleep.Find somewhere else.
