My baby had an operation at CHU Grenoble the morning after our stay (and we live 2,5h away) so we decided to book your hotel. I clicked the button to request a baby bed AND wrote in the requests box the reason for our stay and that could we please have a baby bed. When we arrived, there was no baby bed in the room, and the room didn't even have space to put one. Luckily, I was prepared and we brought our travel baby bed and the staff moved our room to one that had space for it, so I used our own bed.... however what if I had not brought our own? What if there were no more rooms with space? We only decided to put it in the car at the last minute to really make sure he had somewhere to sleep... I'm so happy I did. Unfortunately we cannot trust your hotel anymore and will not be staying there for our sons further appointments at CHU Grenoble.

Two night stay, one of the two morning hot water was missing. Some work to be done on structure.One of the night we needs 10min to be opened the door and access (it was only around 11pm). Well located, friendly staff. Hotel parking is a good service, but parking area itself are too small for current car dimension and also ramp for access/exit are very small, difficult to approach with a medium dimension modern car.

Very small room (ok for 2 nights, not more!!) but I had to open window any time I went in because of very bad smell.
