Top location in Grenoble, staff are really lovely. Rooms are basic and in need of a refurbished but fine for a quick break. Aircon needs a bit more power to cool the room.

This is a well located Ibis Hotel true tonthr brand. Compact clean rooms in a well located position. Excellent staff, elevator and a lovely terrace open to all guests. We had a lovely stay.

It is enough for my business travelling but I think there are some aspects that are impacting as a dedalo along corridors, parking access quite tough (considering today cars) Nice breakfast area

The receptionist was very good. Check in easy. Hotel is clean but could do with some TLC. Bed too soft and sagged In middle which is unusual as Ibis beds are normally comfy. Good location though. In middle of city but was also quiet.

The worst experience in a hotel, the rooms had no heat, we had to sleep with a very small fan in the room to have some heat. How can you rent rooms to people in January without having heat, this hotel should be closed in my opinion because these are not conditions to accommodate people.

We stayed here for one night. My teenage son felt from the bed and hit his eye on the side table, getting very injured. Because the sheets only cover the mattress pad and not the whole mattress, the pad moved at night and made him fall. It was by very little that he wouldn’t be blinded by that preventable injury.
