Parking was challenging, few times no space outside and to the get car under the hotel is not easy

Everyone on staff was very polite and professional. The breakfast was great and the morning staff was very kind and helpful. The bathroom was nice and I liked the closet area in the room which gave me lots of space for my things. I also liked having the door in between the closet area and the bedroom. It made for A. nice quiet night. The only complaint I would state was that the air handling unit didn't work well at all. The room was very warm and the fan/AC did not work as intended, it only blew out ambient room air from the fan. This caused us to have to leave the windows open all day to keep the room cool, even during our night sleeping.

Beautiful hotel right in the edge of the mountains . Free WiFi and good choices for breakfast .a train ride of 2 hours from Geneva airport lots of nice unique shops in the area

Cold showers and resturant is closed over the weekend. The Food trays are left in the hall wall for long periods of time.
