We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room, although a bit tight, was clean and had a large comfortable bed. The proximity to the lake and the old town center was excellent. We’d certainly stay here again.

I stayed in A. room qith lake view. The location can’t be better, just in the city center. The room was big, beautiful and clean. The staff super nice, I will return to this hotel in my next visits to Annecy.

I stayed at the Splendid for a week this December and had the best time. The staff was friendly, the room was super clean, quiet and comfortable. The views over the rooftops was charming. The location is fantastic and breakfast every morning is delicious. I truly enjoy staying at the Splendid anytime I'm in town. Would absolutely recommend.

Not very pleasant. I got a room on the first floor facing window towards a wall with very noisy in the night. Heating was not working properly.
