Excellent location and facilities. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms have kitchen, but lack more utensils ( pan, kettle, bowls, dish soap, dish cloth/sponge and tea towel).

I stay this hotel almost two weeks. All fine! The staffs which I met before Dec.25 night was so excellent. But one guy whom work on the reception is the most worst reception staff in my 30 years travel experience. I can not believe the hotel training the staff like his reactions and his attitude. He is totally destroyed my impression of this hotel. I will stay one more day just for complain him.
