It was ok. Not a 10 since the frigobar was disorganized when I arrived. No water inside the frigobar and a wine that who knows who left it there

Hello everyone, I don’t know if it’s a channel to do the claim but let me start… Honestly, This is by far the worst hotel that I’ve been staying and I would like to explain why: - The installations are too old requiring maintenance including on the locking in the door - The air conditioning doesn’t work well the bathroom doesn’t has shampoo or conditioner for hair and in this daily rate it would be a minimum requirement - The internet is too slow to get in a meeting or simply access some video streaming - The TV transmits some channels with bad signal - There’s no good breakfast with less options - The attendants don’t pay attention on the customer, even when you’re on table requesting attendance -In the Floor that I was (6th floor) tonight was happening an event with people inside in one of the apartments with opened door the waitress coming and go serving it, There’s no convention center for it??? Honestly, I do not recommend anybody staying here, Is this the tradition of an international network like Mercure with 4 stars category?
