Check in was long with big cues, the corridor with the carpet old and stained and parts replaced, walls and doors dirty and need painting, the toilet was blocked when we arrived in the room, the little shower near the loo does not work, the bathroom is old, and smells awful, the pillow was like a rock and very high, there was no one to ask in reception and we returned to the hotel at 11 pm. (was informed next day that the pillows are all the same)! Breakfast was awful, we had stayed in the hotel before but this will be the last time, its awful. I expect to be contacted by Accor administration, as we stay in your hotels all over the world and always been on of our preferences. Very very disappointing!

In general, from a business perspective, the hotel shows alignment in terms of pricing and services. What I would really like to draw attention to, however, are the following points: Air conditioning: Porto Alegre (POA/RS) is a city with high temperatures, so having an air conditioning system that works properly—or, more importantly, that truly meets the guest’s needs—is a basic requirement for sleep quality and overall comfort. Sustainability: It is reasonable and appropriate to promote sustainability initiatives, as long as basic elements are properly addressed. For example, the water valves for the shower mixers should effectively stop the water flow. Otherwise, we end up discussing savings on basic items such as changing bed linens and towels, while water continues dripping throughout the day, or the guest is forced to almost damage the valve in order to close it properly. Even more concerning is that the constant moisture leads to mold formation, which can be clearly observed on the shower glass door track. At this moment, these are the main points of feedback. However, I will be staying again at Novotel – Três Figueiras in May, and I will be happy to share my updated feedback and overall experience after that stay.

Good location. Nice and professional staff. But poor maintenance of facilities: the pool has stains. The room for working out, on the other hand, was good, well equipped...
