Good location. Nice and professional staff. But poor maintenance of facilities: the pool has stains. The room for working out, on the other hand, was good, well equipped...

Unfortunately my stay was really unpleasant. The hotel is really old, the carpet on the hallways dirty, TV in my room was not working. I know plenty of Novotel hotels over the world and this one do not represent the chain! It is really bad! As an Accor member, I expect a renovation very soon!!!!

The hotel provided a great environment for a lovely weekend. The place is nicely located within Porto Alegre, the view is great. The workers are quite nice and helpful. Breakfast was amazing.

Flooded room on 1 day when i returned at about 8:30. Staff were helpful and lovely and nothing against them. the room i was moved to then i assume had not been used or cleaned in some time as the sink ran dirty water for 5 mins
