The room above had a lot of people in it, talking loud and laughing. It was past 11:00pm. Also, there were plenty of mosquitoes. I have killed over 4 before sleeping. Not all was bad. I was delighted to see a lady with Down Syndrome working at the restaurant. Kudos to the hotel.

I go to Porto Alegre and stay at the Novotel frequently, and on this last trip to Porto Alegre, I went to Porto Alegre to spend my birthday with my kids, and I was supressed when I got to the room of the hotel and saw a letter and a dessert to celebrate my birthday. Upon arrival I realized I had forgotten tooth paste. The pharmacy next door was closed, but Artur from the reception gave me from his personal paste. Great service!!

The room was comfortable. The restaurant could be improved. The breakfast in the morning could offer more day-to-day variety. In the evening, the service at the restaurant was slow with many foods being "out".

Room Nr. 654 The window in my room was hard to close (the maid opened it and I was not able to close it alone) The venting system in bathroom made loud high whistling noises - even though I´ve not turned it on (There was no switch to turn it on/off on purpose) The furniture is new(er) but the other parts of the room/hotel (floor, sanitary equipment) is it not. It is not smart to show in the lobby of a different accor hotel (with an obvious newer pool), because this rises the expectations: those expectations cannot be met by the Novotel Porto Alegre Tres Figueiras.

When I arrived, the shower was clogged and the TV wasn't working, but maitainance was fast solved by the hotel. I also had minor issues with noises in the bedrooms near mine (aside and above) and the light failing in the bathroom. All in all, the room was comfortable and the staff was quite nice.

Two rooms booked by the family. IN one, air conditioning was not working. Porto ALegre was very hot that day. In both rooms the toilet flush didn´t work. Hotel employees, a bit embarrassed, said that it is like this... we had to use the trash can and fill with water.

The hotel corridors smell bad, and the room bathroom is terrible as well. I got an extra blanked on the closet and it was full of cigarette burns and holes. Asked for a meal at night and the food was terrible. when I asked about simple things like mayo, the person said they did not have (and in the end they delivered). asked also for a glass of ice and didn't delivered. Basic things a hotel must have, in my opinion.

I stayed at Novotel 3 Figueiras for 3 nights. It was a cold weekend and the hotel is mot prepared for that. The air con didn’t work properly during my stay, we complained and the maintenance tried to fixed it with no success. I am a gold card accor membership and this was the worst Novotel, rather stay at a ibis next time.

I had the worse experience I ever had in a hotel j. My whole life . The ac was not working , the room was hot as hell . The whole night was a Lot noise, I felt like I was sleeping in a construction. And early in the morning people start to move beds on te floor above mine . My wife is pregnant and couldn’t sleep at all . You guys must be ashamed of this hotel .
