Saff is never able to find my reservartion made through CWT. All Accor points are never automatically added to my account (I have stayed close to 20 times over the last two years in this very hotel and, in all these stays, I had to claim my missing point through your site. I was one night short of gold status. This stay you are surveying was enough to change my category but points will not be added again. And to make matter worse, hotel did not send the folip via e-mail this time, which will make the process of claiming the missing points more difficult!

Had strong allergy from the bed sheets. The front desk was not happy on replacing it, he was upset. A second front desk was able to find a empty room and move me there, which sorted the issue

Guests entered my room while I was inside. The receptionist manually checked in the couple, claiming that the system was down. She communicated with the housekeeper, who informed her that my room was vacant and available. Fortunately, nothing embarrassing happened, but something much worse could have occurred. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.

Well located but low resources room

The location is great, good restaurants and shops around. However, the room has very few resources, there are no glasses or a recycle bin for example. The mattress is not comfortable at all.
