I really enjoyed the location and especially the service provided by all staff. The hotel is very smartly furnished and the view from the higher floors is very beautiful. I recommend the rooms with a view to the backyard, once the front ones are affected by afternoon sunlight.

Good location

Good location. Nice breakfast, but a pity that several beverages come with a ton of sugar out of the machine (like Cappuccino, probably containing caramel and/or condensed milk, really pasty...). It would be great to have more English-speaking personnel: a few times when trying to call the reception for booking a room, i was hang up as soon as i asked "do you speak English?". It would be nice to have normal hand towels in the room, not only two big bad towels.

Lack common sense

When I did my check-in I perceived that I forgot my wallet in my friend's car. I was travel to working e needed pay my stay with a corporate card that was in my wallet, so asked the receptionist if I could pay my stay in check-out. The receptionist talked with a manager and my solicitation was denied. I travel all Brazil and frequently host with you. I didn't expect this treatment, in my opinion lacked common sense, consideration and respect with me.

I found the hotel welcoming and well kept. The room and bathroom were clean and bed comfortable. Friendly staff and adequate breakfast.

The hotel is nice but the bed was bad

Nice hotel, exceptional shower, very satisfying breakfast but the bed was not even close to a 4 star hotel it was hard to sleep.
