Horrible check in experience

Tooked 25 minutes to check in. I was in this same hotel some weeks ago, not for the 1st time. I´m also an Accor member, my data suppose to be uploaded. Also, even i showed the price in the App, i was charged 15 BRL more, not a big deal, but is a sign how bad trained was the person at the reception at that right moment

Our stay was fine overall: friendly staff, clean comfortable bed, the breakfast had good variety but could improve on taste/quality, the room was good but lacked basic amenities. The only problem was that our room was billed with something from the bar that we have never ordered. They should implement a better system to make sure they charge the correct room.
