A new hotel in a prime location for visitors to the Ahoy exhibition center. Unfortunately, the reception staff is incompetent and unfamiliar with the ALL Accor program. I was denied late check-out, even though I have Platinum status, and the hotel wasn't fully booked for the night in question. I had to purchase another night to use the room until 4:00 PM. Forget that anyone will respond to your email sent to the official address.

The location to the events at the swim stadium is great, close to a variety of restaurants and the zuidplain shopping mall . My stay was during the heat wave and the environmental controls ( not true airco) could not keep up. Our room was 27.5 C Thursday to Friday , 26.6 Friday to Saturday , 24.4 Saturday to Sunday and finally 22 C Sunday to Monday which was finally comfortable. The biggest thing I miss in this hotel in a mini fridge and it’s always the one thing that bothers me because I like to keep drinks and snacks in the room for those late hours when we don’t want to get dressed to go downstairs after 11 pm
