The city tax charged to me was 40% higher than for my colleagues for the same overnight stay

None of the employee at the front desk takes any responsibilty and so of them are ao arrogant. 1) nobody answers the phone when you call from the room 2) they didt charge city tax during checkin and asked it during check out bu saying “sorry er forgot” 3) no electricity in the room on the day of checkout, couldn even dry my hair. When I told this, i only heard “sorry”. That sorry didnt help me. 4) saturday night i asked for a late check out on sunday. They told me the price and i replied as “i will check and decide” later i asked to proceed but they told me “this should be done on the day before” in a very arrogant way. This is all their fault because just teeling the price without the conditions and deadline is their fault. I am nıt supposed to know this as a customer. In general they are very arrogant and take no reaponsibilty dor anything above.

Ask was only 1 pm, they said no, but also it did not feel like they wanted to try. Even if you are fully booked you shall be able to clean the room from 1pm to 3pm (check in time). Standard response, no desire to go extra mile..

Nice hotel , nice room Difficult to control aircon so room a little cool Very small towels but decent breakfast and friendly staff
