Airco in room too cold and control panel not working. Called front desk. Could not fix it. Brought (too loud) heater. Next evening still same problem. Front desk operator came by, opened a hatch and it turned out the system was simply switched off .... Would have been easy to fix that during the day. Sheet on matrass was not large enough to wrap all the way onderneath and hence came loose after 10 minutes. Result, it moves to the center and one sleeps on the matrass topper. The latter by the way moves out of place by not being held by a sheet. Request for a new bedsheet for days to no avail. Front desk makes note, but no action.

Check in was terrible. Loooong queue even going outside. Generally not enough staff when it gets busy at reception/ bar.

My room was decorated with kind of animal figures (walls, bedroom, carpet etc). It looks very unusual and disturb me a lot during the stay. I prefer to stay at the room that is decorated with the light colors.
