The room cards often had problems and did not work, then each time we had to go to the reception to fix the problem. The lights in the room were awful. We could not see enough in the room.Personnel were kind and attentive.

Team is friendly and professional, rooms are cheap, not priceworthy. Heating did not work, portable heater worked but is not acceptable for more than an overnight stay on a business trip...

During your stay our heating system in your room encountered a technical problem, and we are sorry that your stay was impacted. Anxious to offer the best quality of our services to our customers in all circumstances, we have equipped your room with an auxiliary heater which you can use if necessary to increase the temperature, despite very high outside temperatures for the season.
