We needed a hotel for a stop over from Spain to Germany. We loved the hotel! We had a family room with a double bed and a bunk bed. Check in was easy, room clean and comfortable. Breakfast was awesome, a lot of choices. Pool area was clean and nice to have a swim before sitting in the car all day. Only thing: I would prefer a King bed, but this seems uncommon in France?

Friendly staff, good location, but it was way too hot in the room. They told us that it was a problem on the floor, which isn’t acceptable in summer. Very unhealthy for us and our dog. We slept here for 2 nights where my dog was panting a lot because of the temperature. The breakfast was ok, but missed healthy options like vegetables and beans.

We found this hotel to me more than satisfactory for our one night before catching our plane home. It was clean, tidy and the staff were kind and helpful. I would certainly recommend this hotel if you need somewhere near the airport to make it easy to catch an early flight the following day.

At approximately 02:30 we woke up by a male stranger entering our room. We both woke up and screemed, which made the male person go out. This person had a key to our room. We found this very scary, and as a result we did not get much more sleep this night. The only reason for booking with you, was that we wanted to get rest before further travel. This morning we contacted reception, which told us that there was a mix up with the rooms, and that another guest had been given a key to our room last night! As you can understand, this was a very bad experience which made us feel very unsafe. As a minimum we expect that you don’t issue room keys to our room to strangers and that security is upheld. What if we had not been in the room and our valuables were there? Or what if someone vulnerable were staying in the room alone and someone with bad intentions were to enter in the middle of the night?

We stayed here en route to Spain, we were very tired after driving from Calais that morning. The hotel was so comfortable and we were met with such pleasant and polite staff. Amazing room so big and clean! Such wonderful facilities and the breakfast is incredibly good! So lucky to have a quick swim before we set off for another long drive. Have never stayed in an Ibis before but would definitely book again! Thank you

I was very impressed with the Ibis Styles Montpellier Aeroport Parc Des Expos. It was a comfortable room with good aircon (it's extremely hot here right now), friendly staff who were patient with my bad French, and a very delicious dinner of fish with a sauce from the local cuisine. I'm looking forward to my return to this hotel next week.

Room was nice and clean, bed comfy. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. We managed to get there just in time to order a meal. Fish of the Day thoroughly enjoyed by my wife as was my Pintade, at 18€ each an absolute snip. Would definitely recommend.
