Location: in front of the airport. Industry view. Parking area is free and correct. The room is also ok, with TV and bathroom. Room for 4 person, we had 4 towels.. for face and body the same towel. The hotel staff were correct. The worst for us was the breakfast, low quality.

No towels were in the room. Had to ask three times before finally getting one. Had requested during booking twin beds. Wasn’t noted on check in so ended up with a double bed and a small bed that came out of the cupboard. We were squeezed in the small room. One night was maximum

Dear Oscar Thank you for taking the time to share your comments after your recent stay at the Ibis Budget Montpellier Aéroport Parc des Expos. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced during your visit. We guarantee that your comments have been taken into account. Regarding air conditioning, the new standards of High Environmental Quality in buildings require us to install an air conditioning that cools by less than 10 degrees Celsius compared to the outside. We can not guarantee a room below 27°C if the outside temperature is 37°C. On the other hand, the room temperature may drop to 22°C if the outside temperature falls below 30°C. Our nights in August used to be 25°C around midnight. The green key standards require us to have a room with a minimum temperature of 25°C. We already exceed these standards with rooms at 22°C. We are sincerely sorry that these measures do not correspond to your quality standards. We hope to have the pleasure of seeing you again soon for a better experience Best regards The Hotel Manager
