Basic rooms, but clean and comfortable and at a very reasonable price. Elodie the directrice was very helpful prior to our visit. Celia in the bar/restaurant was especially charming and helpful.

The room was perfect for a one night stay before flying - everything was clean and everything worked - particularly liked the shower. Would recommend as the P. was very competitive - excellent staff and a great breakfast.

Nice room nice ambiance nice breakfast pleasant receptionist charming waitress. BUT a dreadful meal and a poor response from the restaurant manager. The chips with my husbands burger were inedible.. I chose the weeks special which was seafood risotto which was appalling and borelittle resemblance to a proper risotto …the main component seemed to be bottled mussels…it really was a disgrace.. Although the rest is good the fact that the restaurant is so bad would stop me staying again.

Due to family difficulties we were unable to fly to Montpellier and hence did not stay at the Ibis on our ( non) return. Due to the draconian cancellation policy of the Accor Group, we were not able to cancell , get a refund , re-book for a future date, or take an Accor credit to be used at another time. So my experience was NON-EXISTANT, and as a member of many yearsnot something I or the Accor group, can or should be proud. Our return had to be y car and not via Easyjetfrom Montpell8er, who did credit us for a future flight, and our return was enhancec by a stay at the EXCELLENT IBIS STYLES IN TROYES, who retrieved the Acvor reputation in our eyes.

The room for three is a little to small, so the 3rd bed is not ready when check-in

The staff member on the front desk at check, Tanya I believe was her name, was extremely helpful in transferring our luggage from car park to room. Much appreciated.

Comfortable room, perfect for one night after landing late with our two young children. The bed set up and bathroom were exactly what we needed and breakfast was simple but well priced and plentiful. Only downside was the smoke alarm when someone burnt their toast in the morning, but the staff were clear with their instructions that we didn’t need to do anything.

Walking distance from the Montpellier airport. Very large rooms, totally quiet, good wifi and hot water, comfortable bed. Breakfast could be improved.

Room was quiet, clean and comfortable . It was raining that day so there was a longish wait in the restaurant - make reservations if you think you will be eating at the hotel.

The hôtel is nicely located near the airport so the shuttle is available. The staff were welcoming on my arrival and gave me information on the hotel and time of breakfast.

A well located hotel, outside of the main city and lots of parking space. The basic rooms are small but for one overnight stay this is Ok. Bathroom clean and convenient. Buffet breakfast was more than sufficient.
