I am extremely disappointed about your new rules regarding tv access that make it stop every 20 t0 30 minutes , smposively , to save energy as some customer falls a sleep with it one , i just would like to tell you that it is the most annoying , thing and stupid as it relights itself anyway so extremely useless it just makes you wait an other 5 and over for minutes to reconnect so once again extremely annoying , also be careful of the cleaning of the rooms , big stains on the wall if the cleaning personnel does not see that that it s scary for the rest , if that tv process keeps going we will be force to go elsewhere, were they won t take the risk to lose customers just to save a few cents , we are coming several times a year in your hotel since the opening and unfortunalty things are not going for the best or the right direction, once again we prefer paying a little more to get a better service that tv process might be the drop to much , last detail when your customer leaves in storage area carts with baggage on it s not to find them unloaded of the carts the next morning when they need them to go to the airport , that represent a big deal in order to find more carts , very unprofessional , we are definitely disappointed that accor hotels group would come up with such a disrespectful rule taking the excuse that this is a budget hotel to put in place such a useless process

It is a basic and clean hotel. No frills however a poorly run and expensive bar/restaurant. The staff are expected to multi task resulting in poor customer service. Not their fault but not the service you normally receive in France.

I often stay at this location because it is not in a congested area. There is free parking, which is easily accessed. Also the staff is friendly. They have a nice restaurant with good food and the rooms are extremely clean. Finally, A gas Station is located one block away and the major highways are closer than they would be if I stayed in Montpellier.
