Coming in from regional NSW, was so easy to find. The checkin was so simple using the self checkin system. The room was very comfortable and the view was nice from the 10th floor. I initially had an issue with the lights in my room and the rapid response from the Maintenance team was excellent. I would definitely recommend staying here if catching a train and you don't know your way around Sydney. It was well placed for everything you wanted to do.

Don't expect good sleeping quality because the heater is not working well even with the highest setting. Also the water is very noisy if next door is using any water. Lots of dust when opening one of the cabinet and a couple of pillows have large amount of dust (you can actually see them in the air).

We had an amazing stay! The hotel is well located, right in the CBD and close the train station. The room was spacious and it was great having a sofa and a comfortable armchair. The bed was very comfortable! The restaurant/bar area was beautiful. We loved the decoration. The food (room service and breakfast) was delicious. The bar had a nice selection of cocktails. Angie and Samreena were lovely, bubbly and very helpful. The only down we had were the pillows, which were way too big/thick and the water pressure in the shower was a bit too weak. Otherwise, we will definitely stay again!!

The location was great. The staff were very friendly. The room was a little small with two double beds and not a lot of space for luggage or seat other than on the bed. Yes there are two chairs in the room but close to the wall and television.

Enjoyed the daily breakfast and afternoon cocktails. Housekeeping was very good. Getting information on the surrounding area and things to do was nonexistent. Pamphlets or some other forms of things to do would be a big help. Having someone say "Google it or ask SIRI" is not the response I was expecting. I asked several staff members the same questions and received the same answers. "We don't live around here". Or, I'm new and only been here a short while". Etc.etc.

Overall, our stay was fine, the location was great and the room a god size. Unfortunately, the room seemed to be very dusty which we were unsure if it was the air-conditioning unit needed servicing, but there was dust on the bedside lamps each day that we ended up wiping down with a wet cloth. It played havoc with our hay fever.
