The hotel was great but PLEASE let travellers know there is nowhere to comfortably catch a cab or uber because there is nowhere for them to park. Hotel is on a busy through road meaning constantly getting abused for holding up traffic. VERY STRESSFUL!!!

I've stayed here four times. The first two times, the front desk staff didn't introduce any facilities to me at all. The third time, I had to remind her to explain the facilities. The fourth time, I checked in with an assistant manager, Jessica, if I remember correctly. I asked for free breakfast, which she refused, but that was fine. After all the check-in procedures were completed, she just quietly watched me and waited for me to leave. Again, she didn't introduce any hotel facilities or equipment…etc. I asked her why she didn't, and she even said, "Because you said this is your fourth stay, I thought you should be familiar with the place!" She was smiling, but the way she spoke made me really uncomfortable and unhappy! Even though I was using the staff rate, I really don't think this is acceptable! In short, during these stays, I interacted with three front desk staff members, and I never felt welcome. Furthermore, the housekeeping staff completely ignored me when they saw guests on the floor, and their talking and laughing woke me up from my afternoon nap. I don't find any reason to stay here again.
