The room itself was comfortable and serviceable. However, the blind got stuck towards the bottom and I could not put the blind all the way down. So it was broken and that was a bit frustrating. Also, the bin in bathroom had not been emptied and still contained rubbish from the previous occupant. This was somewhat of a concern, but I didn't disover this until the morning, so it was too late as I was checking out anyway.

Pillows were quite uncomfortable. We chose full-size bed accommodations unfortunately the very full pillows were size king and absorbed space causing us to have to angle which made for not the best night's rest.

This is a great hotel. I do have an accor membership. Its so worth it. The benefits here were incredible. The staff are helpful. The restaurant has lovely breakfast and dinner. Have stayed here before and will stay again.

location and staff were fine. Walls very thin, so lots of noise from hallway or neighbours. Pillows are ridiculously large. Ended up using the coloured cushions as pillows.

The rooms are quite dark and the air con in my room would not work on a low fan setting so the room was hot overnight - hard to sleep. The design of the shower screen means water spills over and pools on the bathroom floor.

You might have one not-so-honest member of your housekeeping team. We only checked out yesterday and moved to another hotel, and when I unpacked today, I realised I’m missing a packing cube. I rang the hotel, and they checked, but apparently there’s nothing there. Of course, it could have been taken by the next guest, but surely if something is found while cleaning a room, it should simply be handed in to lost property.

l had stayed with you for 3 nights. 2 nights under my personal booking and the 3rd night was booked via my employer. i was very specific and requested that my room service come from points that l have. In fact so to not to confuse anything l made sure this was done at the end of my personal booking. l spoke to the girl at the desk who assured me they will use my points for the room service. However then the next day l noticed that the charge of the room service was taken from my corporate card. l was so angry. Firstly to be told that the points would be used and then with no authorisation they debited my card that belongs to my employer. You had absolutely no right. l called and spoke to someone who was able to reverse the charge but now you have created more work for me to explain those charges and reconcile my card, that you have no authority to do. l am so angry by this l dont think l will ever stay with you again. You have my personal card on record as l am a gold Accor member, and l took the time to explain how my booking was separate from my employer booking, yet it still took funds from the wrong card, even though l explained it was a separate booking..
