Clean comfortable room, polite service. I have ony one issue, the cups supplied in the room and the restaurant are horrific to any tea drinker.

Had to really push to move rooms even though the AC was not working and it was 29 degrees at 9am. Trundle bed wasn’t picked up for 2 days, we ended up dragging it into the hallway ourselves after asking for it to be picked up 3 times. Staff have no idea of Accor memberships or entitlements and kept trying to charge me extra even when I showed them the membership entitlements on the website. Rubbish clearly wasn’t being emptied in rooms as the hallways were filled with stinking bags of rubbish left by other guests for over 1 hrs. Will NEVER set foot in this hotel again, the worst Accor group hotel I’ve ever been in.
