We stayed in a family room and had a great experience. We checked in late which was very easy, the room was clean and accessible and the beds soft.

Food offering poor. Limited Room service after arriving in evening as half the menu not available only pizza. Buffet breakfast bay Marie trays low on food or empty. Booking was all inclusive but still had to pay for breakfast - over 3 mornings despite telling the Waiter/waitress to check repeatedly.

On arrival there was several self check in screens, with not one person on the desk. I found this extremely unwelcoming and lacked complete hospitality. Every time I needed assistance, re car parking and the breakfast vouchers I had to ask the staff working in the cafe. They then had to knock on the office door directly behind the desk, where a “person” would come out to assist. At least McDonald’s have a worker on sight to assist with self service. Other than that the room was lovely, clean and in a great location.
