We had a great stay at ibis Style Sydney Central. The hotel provided everything we needed, making our trip comfortable and stress free. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always ready to help with any request. The location is excellent, convenient and close to everything, which made getting around very easy. We also appreciated that the hotel is wheelchair accessible, ensuring a comfortable stay for everyone. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be returning again.

I regularly stay here when in Sydney due to location and surrounding areas and have never had an issue. This stay, I was awoken at 9am to find Housekeeping had entered the room and was asking us what time we were checking out. Our check out time was 11am. Raised the issue at the Front Desk, who handled it professionally and stated it would be raised with Management.

I arrived before midday, the self check in was handy but I had trouble when the key didn't drop out of the machine. So I had to queue up. It was very busy but I was attended to by a nice lady. I was over the moon when she said my room was ready and it was on level 12 and away from elevators as requested. It was an excellent start to my mini break. The bed's comfortable. The room has a kitchenette, cutleries and what you basically need but the only thing is, no microwave oven. I love the view from my room as I was on higher level. It's about 10 -15 minutes walk from Central station. So, yes, I would stay again. Thank you.
