The overall experience was fine, the hotel room was clean, and the facilities were sufficient however, during my stay I had a staff member, or someone who claimed to be a staff member, enter my room unannounced. His reasoning was that 'he thought the room was empty' and 'it was ok, because he worked there'. I understand he may have thought the room was empty, but I would assume it should still be hotel policy to knock just on the off chance that someone is in the room. Also, whatever communication/system is in place, to monitor room vacancies is not working. Luckily, I had my partner coming to stay with me but if he hadn't been, there is no way I'd have stayed the night. I would have requested a refund and looked elsewhere.

This is the old Travelodge and an improvement. The quick checkin kiosk is a blessing as there was no sense of any urgency happening at the front desk and often a line up. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Easy to walk to station, darling harbour, city and oxford street. Good price too. I will stay here again.

Had 10 days here the hotel is in a great locating to explore Sydney. All the staff where very helpful when ever called on. The common areas are spotless, My room was massive with everything I could need. The fire alarm did go off a few times during my stay hopefully still can be fixed.

The hotel is pretty dirty, the bathroom was basically Moody, there was a weird ass stench that kept being in the room and the hotel tried covering up with a cleaning supply smell, but I know it’s more so I don’t know why you guys wanna try cleaning it up, it’s kinda important for you to make sure that there is a mold in the room, but for some reason there’s still mold in the room, so please make sure you guys clean up.

Central location. Good size room with good facilities. Air con did not work well. I booked a queen room but when I checked in I got a twin which they said would be "zipped up" later. This did not get done but it was ok as I was on my own. Room was quiet.
