- Little misunderstood with the towels: they were hanged so they could be reused, however they were removed and two were missing. - Suggestion: to clarify if the water cans and teas are free or charged, maybe with a little note saying "free"or "x euros".

We arrived late, it was dark and we were concerned about the area and placement of this hotel right on the highway. We were welcomed very earmly, given a nice room on the otherside towards tge courtyard and were pleasantly surpised by the nice room. It was well appoimted, excellent bed, clean and had everyting we needed. The staff was accomodaring, warm and lovely. The breakfast offered all we needed and more. We will return as not only was it a nice experience, it is close to the hospital CHU Lyon Sud where we have our doctor.
