Very pleasent stay. Delicious breakfast. Kind employees. Quiet Room. One star less because: 1) I miss a sign which could be put on the door signaling that no cleaning services are required. 2) Although I wanted to use one towel only (and put the other one unused below the sink) I found both of them folded in the bath as originally placed. Unfortunately, I could not identify the used one. I would prefer to have more environmental consciousness.

We had a great couple of days here. The hotel is ideally located by a tram stop so we were easily able to navigate our way round the city.

Excellent location, with direct mall access and few steps away from the railway station, the hotel offer nice rooms and decent F&B offerings. My stay was uplifted with the friendly service provided by Ms. Juliette at the Front Desk who assisted me in making all the necessary arrangements to enjoy my short trip in Lyon!
