I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at Ibis Lyon Grand. Overall, the stay was comfortable, and the room met my expectations in terms of cleanliness and convenience. However, I would like to highlight an important issue related to accessibility, which significantly affected our experience. There is no clear or direct car access to the hotel entrance for unloading luggage. Guests are required to first go to the parking area, which is located at a distance, and obtain an access code from the hotel beforehand. This process was particularly difficult for us as we were traveling with children and multiple bags. Carrying luggage from the parking area to the hotel was quite challenging. Additionally, there is no dedicated elevator connecting directly to the parking, and access seems to be only possible through another building or hotel. Unfortunately, this made the arrival and check-in experience stressful and inconvenient, despite the otherwise pleasant stay. I would strongly recommend improving the clarity of instructions and, if possible, providing a more accessible solution for guests arriving by car, especially families. Thank you for your attention, and I hope this feedback will help improve the experience for future guests.

The location of the hotel is great, the tram stop is just in front of it, and the metro is also a few minutes walk. The room was very comfortable, we even made a special request and the hotel stuff fulfilled it without questions. Everyone was very kind, the breakfast was also quite delicious. Overall, very pleasant stay.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The rooms are small, with tiny windows that barely let in any light. The furnishings are old and outdated, and there is no fridge or kettle available in the room, which is very inconvenient. Breakfast was another letdown – there was no fresh vegetables offered at all, which is surprising and unacceptable for a hotel of this category. Overall, both the rooms and breakfast are significantly worse than the neighboring hotel, which offers much better value for the same price. The hotel next door even has a fitness center, which this one lacks. I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.

If, during a future stay, you wish to enjoy more extensive services (larger rooms, a wider breakfast selection, additional in-room amenities), we would recommend you to choose Novotel, which will better suit your expectations. No brush to clean the toilet. Sink was not esthetically clean. Floor not properly maintained. Corners of walls look poor and not well maintained. Not enough choices for breakfast. I’ve been using ibis for many years now this is definitely among the least ones I enjoyed.

Room key repeatedly didn't work, my name wasn't on the breakfast list, so many little things wrong, but the worst was the unsanitary and unsightly pool - mould around the edges, grey sludge on the sides of the pool, revolting stuff floating in it. I didn't see it being cleaned once over 4 days. It really was disgusting, and as it was the main reason why I chose this hotel, it was a huge disappointment. I would not advise anyone to stay there.

Je suis très satisfaite de cet hôtel dans lequel je séjourne régulièrement à titre professionnel , il est pratique car bien situé dans le quartier de "Confluences" ( accès depuis les deux gares Part-Dieu ou Perrache très facile avec métro B et Trams à proximité) . Les chambres sont petites mais fonctionnelles, la literie de bonne qualité. J'apprécie l' accueil impeccable la piscine très bienvenue , le bar et restaurant du Novotel qui dépanne bien surtout si on arrive un peu tard. Je recommande pour un court séjour.

Hôtel propre, chambre pas très grande, mais literie confortable, personnel agréable, qui est disponible à la moindre question. Très bon petit déjeuner, c'est vraiment le point positif ! Ajouter un kit dentifrice dans les salles de bain, serait un plus. Parking couvert n'est pas compris dans la réservation et le tarif est excessif pour la nuit.
