I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at Ibis Lyon Grand. Overall, the stay was comfortable, and the room met my expectations in terms of cleanliness and convenience. However, I would like to highlight an important issue related to accessibility, which significantly affected our experience. There is no clear or direct car access to the hotel entrance for unloading luggage. Guests are required to first go to the parking area, which is located at a distance, and obtain an access code from the hotel beforehand. This process was particularly difficult for us as we were traveling with children and multiple bags. Carrying luggage from the parking area to the hotel was quite challenging. Additionally, there is no dedicated elevator connecting directly to the parking, and access seems to be only possible through another building or hotel. Unfortunately, this made the arrival and check-in experience stressful and inconvenient, despite the otherwise pleasant stay. I would strongly recommend improving the clarity of instructions and, if possible, providing a more accessible solution for guests arriving by car, especially families. The location of the hotel is great, the tram stop is just in front of it, and the metro is also a few minutes walk. The room was very comfortable, we even made a special request and the hotel stuff fulfilled it without questions. Everyone was very kind, the breakfast was also quite delicious. Overall, very pleasant stay.
