Did not go due to illness and you refused to refund any part of the transaction, i contacted 10 hours before our visit.

Door lock is not working, only staff can access to it with the master key, we need to keep at least one person in the room to make sure we can get in. Hygenice is not great, can smell the toilet even we were staying ata the last room.

Considering it is really far away from Lyon, you would at least except it to have good amenities. But rooms are really small and shared bathrooms/showers are in a really bad condition.
