On midway to destination, it was a very refreshing and restful stop. UNFORTUNATELY I asked to revive an invoice only for the lodging (this is lodging excluding food etc…) The Novotel front desk staff committed to send me the invoice later so that I could use it for business… this did not happen and I received a general invoice 334723!

Not a great location. Very little provision for gluten free/ dairy free diets - nothing was labelled , no staff available at breakfast to ask. No replacement teabags. WiFi pretty rubbish. Generally unimpressed.

equipment in the gym did not work or partly worked the dinner in the restaurant was bad, i.e. the chicken was not fully cooked My sink in the room was not working well and the water did not run through (only very very slowly)
