Lovely hotel, clean, efficient, bedrooms were comfy and super quiet. Food was excellent. Great transport links. Only didn’t give it a 10 as I found the bed uncomfortable (but my husband slept well) and the tray to enter the shower was dangerously slippy.

We had a social deal with the Lyon city card included in price which was perfect for discovering the city. Hardly spent any time in the hotel itself!

Room was ok. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. The gym under maintenance for a full week was not very nice. The entrance for the hotel was hard to find upon arrival. Coming from the subway I could not see any signs and had to walk around the hotel until I found the entrance.
