It was more of a budget Ibis than Novotel. From paper cups in the rooms, no amenities and poor service. The place is run down and staff seemed overwhelmed. Would not stay there again and not recommend.

Staff were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Suite was spacious and comfortable. The only thing that could have made our stay even better is if the air con had been a bit better/cooler in the room. That said, we would still definitely return.

Was initially given room above entrance. As was noisy due to weekend celebrations was offered a quieter room for following nights

Coming regularly - Service is great, Restaurant and Breakfast good, Uber to Oldtown around 12-15EUR. Only downside is the bathrooms/showers. Miserable... Especially if you measure more then 1.70m.
