Arrival… no parking space, impossible to talk to anyone through parlephone, no excuse at the reception. Meal arriving at different moments but… before the drinks.

Clean room but with empty mini-bar and only one towel for 2 adults

Dear Didier W., Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent stay with us. We are pleased to hear that you appreciated our location and found your room to be clean. However, I apologize for the insufficient number of towels provided. Concerning the mini bar, we are due to respect some ecological norms imposed by the state as in every hotels now, that's why we have water fontaine on every floor of the hotel. If next time you want some welcome drinks in your mini bar, i invite you to try our Executive and Suite rooms where you will have different beverage for free.
