Perfectly situated airport hotel nestled within walking distance of both concourses. Car rental return is even closer! This was the best room we stayed in while in Eastern Europe! The room was very well appointed with awesome lighting. The bathroom was cozy and the shower was spacious and very easy to use. Bedding was exceptional. We never heard a sound from others or planes. There is constant airflow in the room which acts as a subtle sound machine. The temperature setting seemed to be a little off from normal temperature, we just set it according to how it felt instead of using our customary comfortable temp. The Sky Bar was a great place to unwind and it was nearly empty. Maybe the best Aperol Spritz we have ever had? Breakfast was very well stocked with something for everyone plus it started at 06:00 to be able to eat before catching a flight. The only downside we encountered was the evening food service. The food was good (not exceptional) but our table service was non existent once we received our food. Finally had to track down our server after a long wait for her to return. I will blame this on the server not being attentive or properly trained as the restaurant was not overcrowded. Would I stay here again. Absolutely! Best new rooms that I wish would exist everywhere we travel.

Arrived. Very nice, good English speaking employees. Helped out and held my suitcases until check in. Once on the room there was very good Wifi. Interesting layout of the room making it feel big and nice furniture. Not cheap material that becomes ugly. Afternoon. Called the reception a few times. Was answered instantly and got all my answers needed. The reception can give advise on Taxi services and probably good places to visit. Just try and ask them, they'll be happy to help. Night. Great sleep. 10 hours straight! Curtains block all lights from outside and the windows let no noise trough at all. Great for difficult sleepers. Morning. Reasonable check out time at 12:00. Seems like the breakfast is very beloved by the other guests. Didn't try it but it looked and smelled good. Plenty too. Improvements: Note to Housekeeping. One of the soap dispensers was empty upon arrival, indeed I could have called for a replacement but it would have been nice to have once I was already in the shower.

I like the facility, brand new building, and most importantly the location. It’s perfect right accross the airport so made it easier for my early morning flight. One thing i will say not too pleasant is the room smell. Conscious of carpet used, it’s not too well cleaned so some smell coming out. Other than that everything fine for me.

My wife, 6 years old and I had a great stay at the hotel. We checked in later in the evening after staying a couple nights in the city because we had a 6:25 AM flight the next morning and wanted to be able to reach the airport easily and quickly. This hotel is perfect for that. We talked to the terminal in 5 minutes. We had dinner at the restaurant and pure and simple, it's overpriced. We would stay again but I'd probably avoid eating their again simply because even though we can afford it, I like value and the value just isn't there in my opinion.

Nice hotel near to airport.sky bar has beautiful views. Need more availability of vegan and vegetarian foods choices in restaurant. How ever was accommodating and made adjustment meals specially so we didn’t go hungry.

Please invest in a freezer that can be used by hotel guests some people are diabetic or have other medicines that need to be transported in an ice pack. All hotels around the world (at least the approximate 50 we used in the past years) offer the possibility to freeze ice packs. We had to beg and only after 15 minutes of discussion and a call to the general manager at 9pm this could be solved. So please invest in a freezer or publish somewhere explicitly that this is not offered by your hotel and you cannot help people travelling with medication that needs to stay cool in (long) haul flights. The staff is nice and tries to help but are forbidden to do so. Restaurant is expensive and portions are super small. Well located next to the airport

Great location two minutes from the terminal. New building with good room. Very good breakfast. The dinner at the restaurant was very small, so after a soup and main dish i still was hungry. Moreover, the waiter wasn't very service oriented.

Check in process was AWFUL. I did the online check in before arrival (including photos of both passports which I have never had to include) and still the check in was extremely long. The woman helping us was also not particularly friendly and spoke so quietly I couldn’t hear her. Comparing to other hotels I’ve stayed at where I had key cards within 30 seconds of entering a hotel, this would be a reason not to come back.
