Empty body wash in shower. Empty body lotion at basin. Also had to try 3 separate location to find a knife cutlery at breakfast. Each are not big issues but suggest a lack of attention by staff / or that customer needs are not important.

Room was very nice, clean, and the sound proofing is amazingly good although the room was facing the airport. Staff is efficient and friendly. Breakfast was better than expected, great choice, coffee is tasty and it starts from 6:00 which is convenient if you have a flight to catch. Only problem for me was dinner: the restaurant is overpriced and most of the meals are too fancy and hard to understand: for example there is a salmon green curry dish but without rice. The waitress told me there was no rice included with the dish but did not explain what to expect. I ended up ordering the burger, that was made with a frozen patty. I paid more than 30 euros for this and a drink, which would have been fine for a hand made patty or something better. It was edible but not ok for this price. Only have dinner here if you absolutely have to. The restaurant should decide: either serve fancy food at high prices, but then use fresh ingredients, or go towards convenience food and lower the prices and make the meals more straightforward. The pint of beer for 10 euros is mind blowing. Otherwise everything was great, I'd stay here again!
