Hotel is very well located with easy access by car. Enter and places in the garage are wide. There is no problem with access even with bigger SUV. Check in very simple and quick. Rooms are very quite and clean. I would like to recommend using restaurant. Great selection of different dishes can make happy any one

a new hotel, nicely decorated, but with more to come that was not there, like the running track on the roof, the sky bar. and Breakfast time is really too short (up till 10.00 hrs)

I stay here quite frequently, and decided to stay here for Christmas with my family.. so far I only stayed here for a quick night before making my way back to the US. I decided to bring my family for christmas for 2 nights and it just wasn't the same experience.. the staff I had interaction with were not very caring except Sanyi who always provides high standard experience. I came down to the desk with a complain ( my tub was full of stucked hair ) and the clerk just carelessly said he sends somebody up. No " I apologize " no anything .. anytime I had to come to the desk for the clerk it was just not pleasant as I usually have with others . First night we had breakfast , but the dining room was such a mess, warm items were cold. Eggs were out , bacon was out .. I understand the hotel was full , but items got no replenished within the 20 min we sat there.. So while I scored 10.. this stay was not weakly a 10. But I am giving the benefit of the doubt , that this might of been a one time issue here.

The room is ok. The problem is that is the same reception and breakfast for Ibis Red and Tribe. And they charge me for 2 parking days (22×2=44 euro) even that we parked for 10 hours. Also they charge a different rate ( not the one in the reservation) and they do not make the upgrade for the room as we were Platinum Accor clients. Also the room was not clean (lipstick on the glass, hair on the toilet, dust on the floor side part of the windows, etc. Dissapointed by the personal.

We hope this enhanced your overall stay experience. That said, we deeply regret the shortcomings you encountered. It is particularly disappointing to learn that a technical error caused the parking fee to be charged twice. We also sincerely apologize for overlooking this mistake during the final invoice issuance. While this does not excuse the mistake, it is worth mentioning that parking charges processed through the hotel are applied on a daily rate basis, as hourly parking fees can only be handled by the automated payment machines located in the parking area. To rectify this issue and acknowledge the inconvenience caused, we would like to offer a courtesy credit of 40 euros-worth of loyalty points. This amount not only covers the extra parking charges but exceeds the incurred cost. Kindly confirm your preferred method of compensation by replying to this email.
