We arrived a few hours before check in, reception staff were great and swapped us to an available room. The staff were great, the hotel was lovely, the in room products were lovely. The only small fault was not enough coffee in the room and no milk. But reception sorted this when we requested it. The hotel is a short metro ride from the city centre. But well situated for public transport.

Have stayed here before, liked the hotel, that's why I booked again. It's very easy to go to the center with the metro. Hotel is quite new and modern, the rooms are comfortable. However I couldn't seem to get the Smart TVs casting function to work, even though I ask the reception and they promised to fix it, no tech came. I had the exact same problem last stay as well in another room. So was stuck watching news the whole weekend.
