Aircon not working. Had to change room. In new room, the TV was not working.

Best location hotel if you have early flight

The room does not justify the expensive price. Worn towels, no small fridge in the room. Everything is very basic. The only reason to come to this hotel is its location and proximity to Terminal.

I was very impressed with the responsiveness and caring of the staff on the front desk and the management. At breakfast the next morning there was a man who had been drinking too much and was bothering guests including their children. The manager stepped in, guided him quietly out of the dining area and out of the hotel. The man tried to re-enter a number of times but the manager was watching and protective of the other guests. Thank you!

Best solution if travelling by air. Nice clean, comfortable, and close to the airport. Helpful and friendly staff at the front desk and restaurant. Nice menu open 24/7. The breakfast was fine and a variety of foods. Hotel recommended for travelling at early hours.
