The staff was generally friendly and genuinely tried to be helpful. The rooms are nice and suitable for a short stay, and there is also a small kids’ corner, which is a plus when traveling with children. Unfortunately, the restaurant experience was extremely disappointing. Our order took about 45 minutes to prepare, it was completely mixed up, in the end I had to leave hungry because I needed to go to the airport. The hotel advertises a transfer service, but in reality no one seems to know its actual schedule. We waited for about 10 minutes, the transfer never arrived, and we ended up walking to the airport.
