The room was ok, but not much decor. Not much care was taken to cover the bare concrete ceiling. It was quite strange that there was no fridge in the room, while outside the temperature was 30+ degrees. When I asked at reception if we could have a fridge or some other option to keep a couple things cool, I was told that if I paid 7 EUR extra, then I could get a mini fridge. What comes next - would we have to pay extra for the toilet paper???

we had a very good sleep (clean and confortable bed, pillows and towels), aften turning off the ventilation system which was very noisy. depressing decoration in the room (walls, ceiling and green little tavle near bed that reminded us of old hospitals). abusive emails sent after booking (around 10 the same day). although an international brand, the invoice could not be released in English or bilingual, only Hungarian.

I always book my room with breakfast (always!!!), and it was included....until now. This time I have been stopped and informed that I did not select this option, no breakfast was included. I work on cruise ships for 21 years - I would expect to offer a comp breakfast for just this one time to keep the customer - who comes every 10 weeks - satisfied. NOTHING! Only a "no breakfast" with a completely uninterested, bored face. Customer service: 0! Disappointing...

We truly appreciate your continued trust in our hotel and are pleased to see that your previous stays, as well as your booking experience, accommodation and arrival, have generally met your expectations. We are very sorry, however, that the recent change regarding our breakfast arrangements caused you such an unpleasant experience. We understand how disappointing it must have been to arrive for breakfast expecting it to be included, particularly when this had been the case with your previous bookings. There has recently been a change to our room rate structure, and breakfast is no longer automatically included in every rate. At the same time, breakfast remains available and can still be selected when making a reservation. As part of our standard procedure, our team is required to check each guest's reservation at the entrance to the breakfast area, regardless of how frequently the guest stays with us. This is intended to ensure that we apply the same booking conditions consistently and avoid any misunderstanding regarding the services included in each reservation. That being said, we are genuinely sorry that the way this was communicated to you left you feeling unwelcome and that the interaction did not reflect the level of care we would wish to provide, especially to a guest who has been choosing our hotel regularly for many years. Your comments regarding the attitude of our team have been noted with particular attention, as the way we communicate with our guests is just as important as the procedures we follow. We sincerely regret that you left without breakfast and that this experience overshadowed what had otherwise been a consistently positive relationship with our hotel. Ideal location for an overnight stay before an early flight. My elderly husband has limited mobility, so the transfer bus pickup was really too far from the hotel main entrance for him. The accessible room had an excellent wet room, but why do accessible rooms always have single beds? As man and wife we prefer to sleep together!

Just a few steps from the terminal it is really convenient. The online check-in made it even quicker to reach the room, that was nice and clean. Good drinks at the bar and no complaints about dinner either. Breakfast is a bit more challenging when you try to locate all the different things, but maybe this is part of the game 😉

Location is perfect walking distance from the terminal. Luggage carts located near by. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the little play area for kids next to reception desk. Breakfast delicious but the most important thevstaff at the reception was both at check in and check out time was amazing absolute superstars I rarely give the highest ratings to the hotel but this stay was beyond expectation!

Great location for early or late airport departures. Rooms are comfortable. The staff is very friendly and professional. But the fact that there are no more early breakfasts (only start at 06:00) make the hotel inconvenient for early departures from airport (originally, my main reason for choosing this hotel)
