Great location for low fare parking on the street. Breakfast is creative, rooms are well insulated from domestic noise.

I requested a wake up call at 4:30 am as I had to be on time at the airport. But no one called me. Lucky my alarm clocked ringed and I managed to get up on time. When o went at 4:50 am to check out I told receptionist that no one called me. She said that she called but no one picked up. And she didn’t do anything else. Maybe phone was not working in my room - i do not know.i asked that she should send the service to check it out. I’m not satisfied as if no one pickup up the call atit must be some reason behind it and the hotel should proactively find it out and managed to wake up a guest at requested time

We arrived at 4am at the Nepliget Bus Station and found IBIS hotel through a google search. We were tired after a long bus ride and asked at the reception if we could have a late check-out. The colleague at the reception was very friendly and helpful.

The public areas are kept well, have a nice design. The staff is friendly and helpful. However there is a new trend how hotels make rooms tiny and cold which I didn't really liked. There is no fridge in the rooms as well, so I it is a bit inconvenient.
