Dear Peter, Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback and, above all, for your continued loyalty to our hotel and to both Ibis and TRIBE. We truly appreciate the many excellent ratings you have given us over the years. We are very sorry that this stay did not fully meet your expectations, particularly as you were travelling with your mother. We understand how important accessibility and practical support can be when travelling with someone with limited mobility. Regarding the wheelchair, we appreciate your suggestion and understand your point. We will share your feedback with the management team for consideration, as having appropriate equipment available can certainly provide additional comfort and reassurance to guests who may need assistance. We also understand your disappointment regarding access to the gym. The gym is operated as a TRIBE facility and therefore separate conditions apply to Ibis guests. Nevertheless, we appreciate your perspective, especially given that both hotels are located within the same building, and we will forward your comments to the relevant management team. We are also sorry to hear about the shower gel dispenser. We are pleased that our team was able to provide a replacement promptly, but we fully understand how frustrating it must have been to find the dispenser filled with water and therefore unusable. We will make sure this feedback is shared with our housekeeping team so that the dispensers are checked properly during room preparation. Despite these inconveniences, we are very grateful that you continue to enjoy staying with us and that you appreciate our location and the hotel itself. Your feedback is particularly valuable because you know our property well and can help us identify areas where we can improve. We are delighted to hear that you found our team helpful and friendly and that you appreciated the modern and clean room and bathroom, as well as the quality and variety of our breakfast. We are sorry, however, that you experienced difficulties with the room temperature. We understand that the air-conditioning controls can be less intuitive and we regret that the room was too warm on some nights. Your feedback will be shared with the relevant team for review. We also sincerely apologize for the disappointment regarding our Sky Bar. We understand your frustration, particularly as you were informed that it was closed due to private functions.
