Food was good, staff were nice, location is great. BUT, unless you allow your customers to increase or decrease room temperature, then I will not stay here again. The room was simply too hot and no fiddlying with the controls did anything. I suspect you have locked out customers from using the controls to cool the room before summer hits. this is not acceptable.

We have stayed at this hotel more than once, and overall we really like it: it’s comfortable, clean, and the breakfasts are good. However, after a late-night flight, it is unbearable to stand in line for 20 minutes with a child at reception just to get the room keys—especially considering that I had already spent time completing the online check-in. The same thing happened during our previous stay, so I don’t think it’s a coincidence. We would be happy to come back again; please try to resolve this issue, as it genuinely makes the experience very uncomfortable.
