Shuttle bus information is unclear; it should clearly state that the shuttle is provided by miniBUD. The “king-size” room is essentially two single beds pushed together. TV channel options are mostly dubbed in Hungarian, with very limited English channels available. No iron is provided in the room.

Did not expect anything from the airport hotel, but this one definitely outstanding. Spacious and well furnished rooms, comfortable beds, well equipped bathroom, very good breakfasts. By all means better than another hotel near the airport, while pricewise it is the same. Definitely my #1 choice next time I have to stay overnight near Budapest airport

We stayed at your hotel and were genuinely disappointed with the overall experience. The lack of hospitality from the staff made us feel unwelcome rather than guests. The food in the restaurant was of poor quality and completely lacking in flavor, which was very surprising given the hotel’s standards. We also faced serious technical issues with the room temperature during the night. The temperature ranged between 26–29°C, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep, and unfortunately, the problem could not be resolved despite notifying the staff. Additionally, when we made the reservation by phone, the parking fee — which is far from negligible — was never mentioned. This lack of transparency was unpleasant and unprofessional. Overall, the stay did not meet our expectations, and we left feeling frustrated rather than relaxed.
