There is no window opening mechanism, so it is impossible to open the window for fresh air. The minibar fridge was empty, which is unexpected for a 4-star hotel. Only a bottle of water and coffee were provided outside the fridge. There was no ironing board or iron in the room; these are available only upon request, while the hotel’s ironing room is located on another floor, which was also unexpected for a 4-star property. We arrived at 13:00 and we paid early check in as check in was not yet available 55 Euro per room... Pluses: Conveniently located close to the airport, the hotel offers a quiet atmosphere, very clean rooms, and a brilliant breakfast with a wide selection of options.

However, we are genuinely sorry that your room service experience did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify a few points regarding the situation you described. When you contacted our reception team, your request was answered and forwarded immediately to our Food & Beverage department. The order was accepted by the team; however, due to exceptionally busy service periods in the restaurant, delivery took longer than anticipated. Before the order could be delivered, the request was cancelled. Regarding your conversation with our management team, our hotel manager personally met with you and listened to your concerns. She remained courteous and professional throughout the discussion and asked for your patience while she investigated the matter with the relevant team members. During this conversation, it was acknowledged that you had already prepared a review on your phone, and you were advised that you were, of course, entitled to share your feedback should you wish to do so. At no point was this intended as a dismissal of your concerns. While we understand that the delay caused frustration, we believe our team responded appropriately by answering your call promptly, forwarding your request immediately, and addressing your concerns in person. Nevertheless, we regret that the overall experience fell short of your expectations.
