Please invest in a freezer that can be used by hotel guests some people are diabetic or have other medicines that need to be transported in an ice pack. All hotels around the world (at least the approximate 50 we used in the past years) offer the possibility to freeze ice packs. We had to beg and only after 15 minutes of discussion and a call to the general manager at 9pm this could be solved. So please invest in a freezer or publish somewhere explicitly that this is not offered by your hotel and you cannot help people travelling with medication that needs to stay cool in (long) haul flights. The staff is nice and tries to help but are forbidden to do so. Restaurant is expensive and portions are super small. Well located next to the airport

Great location two minutes from the terminal. New building with good room. Very good breakfast. The dinner at the restaurant was very small, so after a soup and main dish i still was hungry. Moreover, the waiter wasn't very service oriented.

Check in process was AWFUL. I did the online check in before arrival (including photos of both passports which I have never had to include) and still the check in was extremely long. The woman helping us was also not particularly friendly and spoke so quietly I couldn’t hear her. Comparing to other hotels I’ve stayed at where I had key cards within 30 seconds of entering a hotel, this would be a reason not to come back.

Located in front of the airport. High class rooms and service. 24 hour check in/out desk. Well equipped room. Clean and comfy. Great shower. Noiseless room. The only unpleasant thing that happened to us was that we got stuck in the elevator because we didn't use it with the room card.

Hotel is a great location. The staff was very accommodating at 1am due to cancelled/rerouted flights. I thought I left something behind, called and they were quick to get me an answer. I found the lost item. We have another reservation in two weeks before our long flight home and looking forward to staying at Tribe.

This time I had a 5-hour day use for a layover in Budapest Airport. The hotel is just a few steps away from the airport, and offers very comfortable rooms. Very quiet, despite its proximity to the airport. The staff at the reception were extremely efficient and kind. I'll be back for an overnight stay soon, and highly recommend it.

We booked a TRIBE Essential room for an overnight airport transit before an early morning flight, traveling as an ALL Silver member with a 10-month-old infant and a 6-year-old child. 1. Misleading Policy & Predatory Desk Handling: The Tariff Sale Terms displayed directly for this specific room in the Accor app clearly stated: "children [...] sharing their parents' room: free accommodation". Upon arrival, the front desk refused to honor this published policy. When we asked to pay for an upgrade, we were told no larger rooms were available. Instead, the agent demanded we purchase a second, separate room for an inflated rate of 153 EUR (more than our original booking) with the explicit instruction that it would remain empty. When challenged about paying for an empty room for minors who legally cannot stay alone, the agent explicitly stated: "I do not care how you sleep in the room as long as you pay for two rooms." This proves safety rules were leveraged purely as a pretext for an abusive upsell on a family in transit late at night. 2. Poor Room Quality & Lack of Amenities: • The "double bed" was merely two twin beds pushed together with a noticeable seam in the middle. The bed was awkwardly high, paired with very uncomfortable pillows. • Sealed windows: The windows are completely fixed glass frames that cannot be opened at all, making fresh air ventilation impossible. • Dark internal view facing directly into the opposite wing of the U-shaped building. • Extremely cramped layout: There was literally no floor space to open a single suitcase/troller. • Complete lack of wardrobes or functional clothing storage. • No Smart TV apps—only a laggy, barely functional screen-mirroring feature. • Bare-minimum bathroom: Completely devoid of basic hospitality amenities (no vanity kit, shower cap, hygiene sets)—only basic wall dispensers for soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Due to this hostile check-in experience and subpar room standards, we immediately canceled our upcoming return reservation. Deceptive booking terms, poor value for money, and zero hospitality completely ruined our stay.
