It was just 5min walk from our event location, safe parking for 15€ per day, and as extra: Late Check-out possible on a bilateral - they really take care

The Hotel is well located in central Lyon with convenient underground parking. However we were not notified of construction work happening in the hotel at time of our booking confirmation or prior to our arrival. Noisy work started early in the morning at our doorstep. The most disappointing of all was our experience with a staff member in the lobby, we purchased three coffees from the reception desk to enjoy in the lobby, as we went on to make our purchased coffees from the self service machine the hotel staff was nervousely and closely watching us. The staff had cleaned the machines from the breakfast service and was making us understand that fact by maiing rude comments. An other guest arrived and sat a table half way in the lobby but was told off rudely as the table was set for the next morning's breakfast. This experience made us feel embarrassed and was far from a four star hotel standard, we have travelled in three star aparthotels previously and were wowed by their customer experience, but not this time.

Very nice staff, very good location, close to Perache rail station and to tram t1/t2. Room is much bigger than in other places and include a good kitchenware. Bed is very comfortable. All is clean and nice. Great elevator.
