The hotel is well located, with tram stops nearby and one or two restaurants and convenience stores. The room was quite spacious, the bed comfortable and breakfast very good.

The location of the hotel is good, quite close to the tram station. Room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. There were a few issues with Wifi availability and connectivity for a few days.

I stayed here for four nights to enjoy Lyon with a friend. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. It's not super-luxury (if you want that, go to the Intercontinental), but it has everything you need for a nice visit to Lyon on a budget. The bathroom was super clean, and the mattress was nice and firm. I have no complaints and would gladly return!

The Hotel is well located in central Lyon with convenient underground parking. However we were not notified of construction work happening in the hotel at time of our booking confirmation or prior to our arrival. Noisy work started early in the morning at our doorstep. The most disappointing of all was our experience with a staff member in the lobby, we purchased three coffees from the reception desk to enjoy in the lobby, as we went on to make our purchased coffees from the self service machine the hotel staff was nervousely and closely watching us. The staff had cleaned the machines from the breakfast service and was making us understand that fact by maiing rude comments. An other guest arrived and sat a table half way in the lobby but was told off rudely as the table was set for the next morning's breakfast. This experience made us feel embarrassed and was far from a four star hotel standard, we have travelled in three star aparthotels previously and were wowed by their customer experience, but not this time.

Very nice staff, very good location, close to Perache rail station and to tram t1/t2. Room is much bigger than in other places and include a good kitchenware. Bed is very comfortable. All is clean and nice. Great elevator.

The hotel was adequate for our needs. Although the room was somewhat outdated, it was impressively spacious. I appreciated having a small kitchen in the room, but accessing the utensils required asking staff to unlock the cupboard, which I found unnecessarily complicated. During our stay, the hotel hallway was undergoing renovation. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Lyon-Perrache train station. There's also a beautiful church directly across from the hotel.

The shower head handle was damaged. When I held it, the finger was cut and bleeding. I went to the reception and they don't have any plaster to wrap the bleeding finger. Neither did they offer to change the head till we requested it next day. I was expecting they will buy some plasters next day for me but they didn't. The service recovery is bad.

I made my reservation on February 20, 2025 for my October 2025 5 night stay. When I made on the online reservation, I selected the Studio for 3 People with 1 double bed and 1 single bed and a regular bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and it was confirmed immediately by the online system. When I checked in, the room I was given was a Wheelchair Accessible room with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. I complained to the receptionist and he said that the place was fully booked that night and that after people checked out the next morning, he would be able to move us into the correct room. That was VERY inconvenient to us, but I did want the room I originally reserved, so we did spend the night in the accessible room as I had no other place to go. My question is... WHY was the room that I reserved in February given away to other people?????

We had a very good experience at Adagio lyon patio confluence, the receptionist was kind and helpful and the apartment rooms were clean and well equipped. The location of the hotel is also a huge plus, with tram and metro connections within 10 mins.
