The receptionist with her hair right bellow her ears and glasses was rude for no reason. Other receptionists were nice. The breakfast was dreadful, we could hardly eat anything. The food was covered by little flies. Impossible for the staff to miss it, but they did nothing about it. No restaurant

Booked 3 rooms all classed as comfort on check in but all completely different . Really varied in size . Two ready a little in advance on just after. Lots of fresh towels really clean room . The restaurant had a small menu for supper but we enjoyed all our choices very much. Breakfast was really busy with a fairly decent selection it wasn’t cheap but it was convenient. The lounges are quirkily decorated and really comfortable, Would definitely stay again but would like more information about the type of room on booking for a clear choice

Recently had a lovely 4 night break at the Tribe hotel - really nice overall hotel, good facilities, nice decor throughout. Rooms were great, slightly on the small side but beds were comfortable, air con was great as were the showers. The pool/spa area was great as were the restaurant and bar areas. We’ll certainly be back!

We were given an attic room with sloping ceilings on 3rd floor, disappointing but not end of the world. Receptionists was unhelpful and moody, not a great start. Booked meal for 7pm, restaurant staff very pleasant, along with bar staff. 2nd day went to breakfast, very disappointing, moody staff other than one blonde older lady with glasses who seemed to do the work of 5 others. Went to reception to try to hire bikes but gent spoke very little English and handed me a form to complete written in French. I took back to room but gave in as too complex even with Google Translate. Went out for the day, returning to find room cleaned but no tea, coffee, water left and dirty cups from previous day. Tried to book dinner but again reception moody and very little English spoken, managed to make them understand we are staying at hotel and wanted to book. Very grumpy staff. Ordered two cocktails 15 euro each, weak and no flavour, took to sit outside, area dirty and covered in wet cigarette ends. Watched management team create a promotional video for social media for an ice-cream truck, only to find out it was for show only and not available to guests even though it was 26 degrees outside. Shutter to our room was broken and wouldn’t come down that evening, I didn’t bother reporting as they couldn’t understand me making a dinner reservation so I didn’t hold out much hope to make myself understood about a broken shutter. The whole hotel just lacked the extra touches you would expect for a hotel that cost 440 euros for 2 nights. Then we had the parking charge, we expected this as previously reviews all complained about it beforehand so not a shock. The evening meal both nights was pleasant, made pleasant by the restaurant staff and bar staff. Breakfast and reception staff ( other than blonde short haired lady who worked her socks off) need customer service training, we were made to feel like we were an inconvenience to them whenever we approached 🤨 if you get a good deal and accept budget hotel standards then I would say, great location, great facilities but if you are expecting a little luxury than book elsewhere, total cost for room, meals, a few cocktails and parking came in at over £600 for two nights.

Lovely hotel, loved the lobby, the large bedroom and the ability to take our dog to breakfast. We had a bit of a cleaning issue in our bathroom and toilets that we noticed late and reported during check out only. We otherwise really appreciated our stay and hope this was just a one off.

We really enjoyed our stay. I messed up our booking but the very helpful receptionist was able to find us another room and upgraded us despite it being my mistake. I don't know his name (Jules?) but he was exceptionally helpful. Other than that the very comfortable bed, air conditioning and view from our room was lovely. The only improvement we can suggest would be the breakfast layout:an extra bread Station or pre-sliced baguettes would help reduce the queue.

Very relaxing. Dinner menu basic. Breakfast options limited for hot food for vegetarians. Could include Mushrooms. Hash browns. Baked beans. Staff pleasant. Maybe a few more sunloungers near the outside bar area. Patong would be nice or table tennis table. You have so much outside space for these. Such a relaxing space.

We arrived with you on a Monday evening to be greeted by two nice guys at the front desk. I think it is probably fair to say that they were a little inexperienced though, it would be good to see someone a little bit more senior working alongside someone younger. We had asked in advance for a cot to be put in our room as we were travelling as a family with a baby. The cot wasn't in our room, so we asked for one to be brought up. The guy who brought it to our room couldn't put it together as it was broken but rather than explaining this just left our room. We thought he may be returning but didn't so I had to find him at reception. He explained that it was the last cot in the hotel but did look for another. We then went down and asked for a table for dinner only to be told that the restaurant wasn't open and you were doing platters from the bar. If we had been told this at check in then we would have gone into le Touquet for dinner but it was getting late now so my wife and I had a platter which was average but before we could eat I had to drive to purchase a McDonald's for our three year old as, quite fairly, didn't want cheese, ham and bread. As you can see, our first night with you didn't run smoothly. This was a real shame as we stayed with you twice last year when you were newly opened and absolutely everyone was first class. It did feel as though standards are slipping. The second evening we ate in the restaurant and enjoyed a couple of drinks after having a day in le Touquet itself and it was very pleasant. The hotel facilities are great, an exceptional pool and a lovely outdoor area. Everything is very clean. I just feel like with a little more leadership things could run a bit more smoothly. We love le Touquet, visit France regularly and will be back.
