Having driven for 12 hours we wanted to eat & go to bed. We were unable to eat in the restaurant & it is too far to drive into Le Touquet. We tried to reserve a table but the website didn't allow it. The staff need much better training. The shower was faulty. Breakfast coffee machine was broken. There is a nightly charge of €8 for parking whereas it was free last year. Small girl on reception was very welcoming & friendly, but other staff had a "couldn't care less attitude".

Hotel itself is well maintained and hygiene very good. Rooms are a little on the small side for this class of hotel, but well equipped. Quiet location a little distance out of town. Food & drink services are shared with adjoining Mercure where I was surprised/irritated to be required to pay €6,10 for a single cappuccino! So the first F&D purchase was also the last purchase on this property.

We love the location and setting of the hotel and we love the swimming pool. The staff are very friendly and helpful. This was our second visit to the complex of three hotels and we like the laid back feel. But to list in order of appearance - there is no shade anywhere in the large car parks. The bed in our room was not as big as others we sleep on in All Accor hotels and that matters. The pillows were all the same and all horrible. The Wi-Fi kept dropping out. Worst of all although I wrote and asked for the air con to be put on ahead of our arrival, it wasn’t. And then it didn’t work at all despite two young men coming from reception and saying it could be fixed. So we had a miserable hot night ahead of 400km of driving the next day.
