This is not the normal Ibis, it is more upmarket and a spa hotel. Dogs are not permitted in the restaurant. It is more expensive than normal. It is coupled with the Mercury hotel, quite large and finding the check in is a bit tricky. It is a very pleasant hotel, in a nutshell - just not your normal Ibis

Location is great. Breathtaking views from restaurant and bar. Hotel oriented to pool and spa activities. Very long corridors. To access to lobby from the ibis entrance, you have to travel through the spa, swimming pool, restaurant and take 2 elevators. As my key was not properly activated, I had to do the whole trip again with luggage. Additional service is overated and was charged twice. It is nice to have a kettle, but it was calcified, thus non usable.

The hotel displays a beautiful design and view on the beach. The team is lovely and careful about the health situation. We felt safe. Regarding the room, some details like glasses for water, were lacking. I’m sure the hotel could afford reusable or even plant based cups. Overall it was a nice stay.

I stayed a few times at the Ibis Le Touquet from the past. This was my first stay post refurbishment (which was much needed). I was disappointed with the quality of the works done to the bedrooms: my room was very small and the materials are obviously of not high quality. There are already several scratches here and there and the painting wasn't done with care. My room had a communicating door with the room next door. There was no noise insulation whatsoever. It was highly unpleasant to be woken up by my neighbours as they returned late in the evening. I could hear all their chatting. It felt like they were in my room! Worst of all they were smoking in their room. Maybe they had their window open but still the smell would go into my room underneath the door. It was truly horrid. I had to get up multiple times to open my window since they smoked several cigarettes. The same happened again fist thing in the morning. Great way to start my day... !! A breakfast box is prepared in front of you to eat in the room. There are no proper tables where to eat and I thought it was pricy to ask for 14€ considering the content. I felt the overall quality of the food at the restaurant also declined unfortunately. The staff remains extremely pleasant though. Overall I think the hotel takes advantage of its location on the beach to charge a very high rate. 200€ a night at an Ibis for such services is too much money.

I love the idea of having a room almost literally on the beach. Food in the IBIS restaurant is OK. Swimming pool is awesome. Good value for money. The fact that hotel finishing is a little minimalistic and 'cheap' is largely compensated by the great location and super friendly staff

We spent two nights with you, the room and the location was nice in front of the beach but we were very disappointed by the breakfast. I know it's due to covid rules but I think the price should've been modified to reflect this.

Our fifth or sixth visit to our favourite hotel in Le Touquet and very impressed with most aspects of the refurbishment. Lovely rooms and common areas, great new gym overlooking the sea and a nice makeover of the pool.

Poor welcome. Arrived late at night. Signage to reception unclear. Extremely long walk to room. Very impractical for bringing luggage and dog crate from car to room. Had to climb up a grassy bank to access car park.

My wife and I came for a three day Spring break in Le Touquet. The room was most comfortable, with a lovely view on to the beach. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. In the evening, we twice ate in the restaurant and were equally pleased. Staff were always polite and helpful.

We arrived in the main carpark, entered the building in front of us, expecting to find the reception. No signs to reception, so walked down the stairs to an empty restaurant. Waited several minutes till a gentleman walked passed. He pointed to the general direction of the reception. Still no signs, passed through the restaurant, down corridors and passed a swimming pool. Eventually arrived at the reception, with our suitcases. Was taken by the receptionist back towards the restaurant and told to walk to the end of the corridor, quite some distance with our bags. Arrived at the room, pleased with the room. Went for a shower, I had just put shampoo on, when I realised the shower was not draining and was now flooding the bathroom. Used towels to mop up substantial amount of water. Went to call reception on room phone, but no information as to what number to call. Husband went back to restaurant to get help. Maintenance arrived promptly and sorted blocked drain, but left the wet towels on the floor. We had booked a table for dinner at 7.00pm, but because of bathroom issue, we had to postpone a dinner reservation till 8.30pm. We arrived at the restaurant, had a drink in the bar and then went in at 8.30pm. Our order was eventually taken 40 minutes later and served at 9.30pm. I asked three times for some water, which was something that was given to everyone else that ordered, but not us. This meant to be a special evening at a hotel we had been to many years ago, in a town we adore. My recommendations for this hotel is please put up some signs and put an information sheet in the room. We were left tired and dissatisfied.
