Layout is odd (ibis & novotel in the same hotel but separate: car park enters restaurant and then reception is not obvious). Room was moderate size (given price) but ok, beach view slightly obstructed by wooden box structure. Food was good in Potj though service was a little slow. Overall enjoyed the stay despite a few niggles

For the cost per night, the staff were non existent, the restaurant poorly managed, especially breakfasts and when we had to leave a day early as my son was ill, they would not even partially refund or move the booking. There is a daily charge for having to use the hotel car park too. For charging such high prices, there guests should be able to have room service or be able to order at the least water past 10pm. There was no one at breakfast assigning tables or checking rooms. Food items not available and no coffee cups re stocked. We waiting a long time for any staff to appear or serve when ordering. Rooms are small. No help when carrying lots of luggage.
